Worst pizza ever eaten. This restaurant used to be my favourite place but this is what I was served. Look at the picture.... it speaks for itself. I drove 20 minutes to buy this

I ordered donair pizza for my kids today with no jalapeños but they still added it, so my kids wasn’t able to eat. We called them and a woman answered and she wasn’t able to help us. Worst interaction ever.😡😡

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed and order for delivery online and a half an hour went by and the restaurant still didn't accept the order so I called to find out what's going on and she claims that there was no order and that she will call me back in a few minutes. 11 minutes goes by so I call her back. Then she explains how she doesn't know if there is a delivery driver or not... so she accepts my order without knowing anyway. Almost an hour trying to order pizza. The girl on the phone had absolutely no idea what was going on for several minutes at a time she wouldn't say anything at all. They had to E transfer me back the money. What horrible service. I called another pizza place and in two minutes they had my order in not a issue. Do not order from unlimited pizza absolute horrible service!!!

It used good pizza place before, not anymore. The pizza quality has gotten worse and the south gate location (3911 106 st) is run very poorly. We found another pizza place that serves very good pizza.

We ordered donair pizza which is really good! It has sort of sweet sauce which is amazing. They provide halal meat which is great. Staffs were really nice. The dinning area isn’t high class clean i assume that’s because people mostly order take away or delivery! Waiting time was longer than what we were told. Parking was available just in front of the pizza place. Overall i will go again because I really loved their pizza 😬 also price was affordable!

Been going here for years. All there pizza is good, but the Donair pizza stands above the rest. I’ve tried donair pizza from other places in the city and nothing else comes close to the quality of the donair meat and sauce on this pizza!

Used to be my favourite local pizza spot to frequent in high school about 5-7 years ago, but I think Pizza Unlimited has lost a bit of its local charm and flavour since then. Gone are the days of dimly lit plastic menu boards and amazing tasting pizza, and in is the age of blending in with the ubiquity of neighborhood pizza spots around Edmonton with grease-encrusted TV menus and a stale smell. That's not to say it's bad--except for maybe the stale smell which reminds me of my days as a McDonald's batch cook--as Pizza Unlimited still makes a decent pie. But perhaps something's changed in the recipe that no longer makes the donair pizza my favourite in the city? The crust used to have a slightly sweet quality to it that I can no longer taste 5-7 years later. Or maybe that's just the nostalgia fading--you can be the judge.

Ordered from Pizza Unlimited for our staff on their reccomendation as we had a few dietary restrictions such as vegetarian and Halal. Pizza is absolutely delicious. Serving size is great for the price. Delivery driver was lovely to chat with Would definitely recommend this place and would order again! Happy holidays!

Huge portions, fresh ingredients, delicious pizza and donairs!<br/><br/>Probably the best donair I’ve ever had!! Was the size of my arm and loaded with meat... Very generous for price.<br/><br/>Pizza was flavourful & crust was soft, chewy with crunchy outside.<br/><br/>Service was also great. Would definitely return.<br/><br/>Only downside was they do not have shawarmas, which is my personal favourite!<br/>

Pizza Unlimited is probably the best halal pizza and chicken store in town. Their quality of food is very good and prices are unbeatable. It's a hidden gem.

The fried chicken is literally the best in town and we absolutely love the team that works there! They're really sweet guys and are always friendly. My boyfriend and I have been going to Pizza Unlimited for years. :D

OMG are you kidding me? Donair pizza is insanely delicious. Even better the next day. Tons of cheese, toppings etc. Gave a side of dance which was odd...wished it was a side of donair sauce. Either way..will be going back.

This is the only pizza place I'll order from now. I used to live in the neighbourhood and for most of a year ordered from Domino's, like a fool. Once I tried this place it's the only pizza that was good enough! Plus it's affordable and has great large size options for when you have people over. The crust and sauce is awesome, uses plenty of toppings and good cheese. Their donair pizzas are fantastic, and my other favourite is the house special tandoori chicken (actually has some kick!). Have had veggie pizza here, also good. I've always had fine service here. <br/><br/>To sum up, I moved 20 minutes away and it's still the only place I want pizza from.<br/>

I decided to try this place out based on the reviews. Didn't try the fried chicken, but the pizza was disappointing. Won't be going back anytime soon.

The pizza and fries were fine but the fried chicken was not good. It had very little flavour and tasted like it had been cooked in dirty oil. Would not recommend.

Had the fried chicken, wings, and three different pizzas (tandoori, donair, chicken) at a house party. The fried chicken was surprisingly good. Well seasoned, moist, and not too greasy. The pizzas were loaded with toppings and very filling. The donair pizza was one of the best pizzas I've had with a balance of donair meat with vegetables. The tandoori pizza wasn't too spicy but gave the essence if Indian spices. I will most likely go here again if looking for quality take out pizza and chicken.

I am giving this place a 5 because the fried chicken is unreal!!! Perfectly seasoned with golden crispy skin, the batter is just the right consistency. Not too thick and not too thin. I've had yum yum chicken from Airdrie and this place is quite comparable, not for the taste but for the texture of the fried chicken. From the breast to the Wings, everything was super juicy. Exactly what I wanted after snowboarding!! I do have to warn you that this place is a hole in the wall. Don't expect the best service nor the best environment. It's literally a pizza joint and we just happened to be there around 1030pm for fried chicken. Mostly teenagers coming in to pick up pizza or eat it at the spot. DO GO FOR THE FRIED CHICKEN THOUGH!

Good pizza!  Best donair pizza I've had thus far.  It comes with sweet sauce instead of tomato sauce.  Good mixture of donair meat and veggies.  A bit greasy but very filling.  Good bang for your buck.  It's been a while since I've had it but it was something like $17-18 for a 16 inch pizza, which was very large.  Based on my two or three experiences... thumbs up and worth a try.

Waited about 40 mins for a pizza and the price shows $14.99 ended up paying $21 because of 3 extra toppings because they made me choose which kinds and i said Royal Pizza and its like a supreme pizza the cashier didn't mention that it has extra charge and btw $2 for one toppings Holy Cow! I think Urban spoon should change the price from $ to $$$<br/>5 toppings is free if you walk choose your own since i chose their premade selection why i should pay more than it should cost<br/>Remember to check the prices before buying

2 hrs wait. Mar. 19, 2015. experience 2 hrs. wait for the lunch we ordered over the phone.

Why is it so good. The pizza is the BOMB. The customer service is not the best but its ok cause the pizza is the BOMB.

Worst Pizza. I don't usually write reviews, but I went there because of the fabulous reviews on this website. The owner hung up on me too. I knew he was busy because there was lots of noise in the background, so I blew that off. I thought reasonable prices, busy, busy, busy, this sounds like incredible pizza. I arrived to a pick up place, loaded with high school students. It seems this is there Friday night hang out. There is no seating, it is really for pick only. Not just pizza, but for your high school sweetie. I ordered a large pizza thinking how great, i love wonderful pizza and I can have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner tomorrow. I was so hungry I did eat two pieces tonight, but now I have put it in the fridge and am don't think I can eat anymore. Pizza is expensive and this is very reasonable, so I guess you really do get what you pay for.

Bad customer service. Good pizza but realy bad customer service. The manager hung up the phone on me because I called to complain about how they messed up my order. I'd wrather eat haram pizza then your halal pizza. Take a course in customer service and dont take your anger out on your customers.

Terrible! Removed my positive review after too many bad visits!. I had left a very positive review of this place, and I did enjoy the pizza. However, enough is enough from that snarky older guy that runs the front counter/answers the phone. If you say 20 minutes, mean it! Sure, sometimes it might be longer, that's understandable. However... Every. Single. Time. It's at least 40 minutes. I arrive after 20 minutes, the guy tells me "Just a minute", or "Two minutes", or "Eight minutes"... what he means is ANOTHER 20 minutes. <br/>Here's my issue. I don't care if it takes 20 minutes or an hour, tell me the RIGHT time, don't make me hang around waiting because you can't figure out how long it takes to make a pizza.<br/>Today, I said after waiting 40 minutes for my 20 minute pizza, I said "You need to quote better times, You always say 20 and it's always 40". You'd think he'd say "Sorry about that" and try to come up with better system. You can see from other reviewers this is an ongoing concern. But no, instead, he gets snippy at me and tells me they don't know how long it will take, says something about he knows who I am and I've complained before (I did, when I waited an hour), and he told me I can go somewhere else. Okay.. I will go somewhere else. Business must be really good for this place. I bet it'd be better if this guy retired and someone else was answering the phones.<br/>Also, I notice the other guys working in the back always have to help him figure out stuff... like exactly what order he's looking for. <br/>I sure hope this guy is not the owner. As another reviewer said, he needs to take a customer service course.

Honestly I've been coming here since it first opened, and I will continue to go here all the way until it becomes a multimillion dollar pizza chain. This is the best pizza you can find hands down. The cost and the amount you get is baffling. The tandoori chicken and donair meat pizza is to die for. I've never ever had one problem with the service as they are always so kind to me. One time the delivery man had taken a few minutes longer than expected and he apologized and cancelled the delivery charge. Which was not necessary because patience is worth the greatest pizza I've ever eaten. Panago comes second.

Great Pizza!. So it was my first time ordering pizza from here after reading the reviews online. I used the online ordering from their website which could use a few tweaks to their system. I would have loved to know when my order had left the store or when the approximate delivery time was. However, that being said and done, my order arrived within a hour and the pizza is phenomenal! Loads of toppings, the crust was not soggy with grease and the garlic breadsticks, oh my word! If you love garlic they are a must order! Overall, I shall be ordering from here again soon.

Ordered pizza and chicken for delivery at 7pm today. Arrival time was supposed to be 30 to 35 minutes. We waited over an hour to call them back to ask if my order was on its way and they assured me that it had left the shop 5-10 minutes ago. We kept waiting and two hours later decided to just order from panago as usual. I called the shop to let them know we no longer wanted the pizza. No effort was made to appolozie or even explain what was going on. 10 minutes after I told them we no longer wanted the pizza, the delivery guy shows up at my door unknown to what the shop owner was suppose to tell him. Worst service I've ever had. On another note - Panago service was amazing

As Close to East Coast As You'll Find. Stumbled across this place and the reviews looked promising so I decided to check it out for myself, with a mitt full of friends. So very glad we did!<br/><br/>The food is reasonably priced, and the service is pretty good (dial in for delivery). We ordered 2 large pizzas and a 5 pack of chicken pieces; the whole thing came to $46 delivered, including tip. The pizza was fantastic. After a trip to Halifax recently my drive to find better pizza options in Edmonton increased. We nabbed a Canadian (plus green olives) and a donair pizza (sans jalapeno's) and I have to say, these beauties could go bite for bite with what you'll find back on the East Coast. The fried chicken was great too; not as greasy as KFC and you weren't left feeling gooed out after a piece or two.<br/><br/>This just became our go-to delivery pizza place. Gotta try it!

I moved from the east coast three years ago and have been on the hunt for decent pizza ever since, this place is the best place by far.<br/>Pizza unlimited could hold its own in a cage fight against eastern pizza no problem.<br/>the price is incredible and so is the food.<br/>its not just the pizza, the chicken and the donair are amazing to.

Gross. Tried this place last night as I was getting tired of the usual neighbourhood choices and I don't think I'll be back. I am fairly certain that they use pre-made pizza crusts that are soft, bland, and lifeless-absolutely disgusting. The feta cheese was the strangest looking feta I have ever seen and am not so certain that it was even feta. The wings were strange and almost inedible. And they didn't give the cans of pop I had ordered. Next time I'll just stick with campus or royal.

Best Donair Pizza in the province. Every person who has tried this pizza (and likes donairs) LOVES it. Although, my wife doesn't even like donairs and loves this Donair Pizza. You can't beat the price at 20$ for an 18 inch pizza (which stuffs 4 people) and easily feeds 5-7. <br/><br/>Private message me if you have this pizza and it disappoints.

Wow, I don't think this place even knows how to make a Donair. Over priced for what you get, cold , weird taste. They should really check out the other pizza and Donair shop to see what they are serving. I will never go there again.

Awesome. This place is not only the best pizza I have had in a long time, with great baked wings. But it is also Halal for those who are interested in that.<br/>add to this the fact that their food is realy cheap and they give great personal mom and pop type of service.

Great donair. Tried the donair- it was delicious-real lamb! the guy actually crisped the meat in a pan, unlike some that leave it in a steam heater where its flavorless and soggy. the spicing of the meat was good, and the garlic sauce was yummy. nice selection of sauces. will be back! walk ins get unlimited toppings on your pizza, will try that next.

Great Food, Great Price. Probably the best 'home made' pizza shops in Western Canada- yes.. it's THAT good.<br/>Unlimited Toppings, Excellent Crust, Delicious Cheese Bread... everything about their Pizza's are amazing. Haven't tried their Fried Chicken, but I'm sure it's good.
