The service was great and the manager even came around to say Happy Birthday to me. We came in the day of my birthday for a free breakfast and it was definitely worth it! I go every year and will be sure to be back again :)

I find it sad when you order takeout your side portions are so small. Note the hash browns you can count them and this is a picture of two different orders of eggs benedict. They would never do that in the restaurant. You should get the same portion you get in a restaurant. I've never been upset with the portion sizes I get when sitting in. Why always for takeout? This has happened to me at least three times now.

It's my Birthday today, I can honestly say that this has been an amazing experience and a fantastic morning. My spouse, treated me for a breakfast at Denny's here. The team here from the start of our experience was very polite, fun and fast. I am not going to talk about the standard details about how great the food was, blah, blah, I am going to say that a true experience with the best service, Today we got from our amazingly cheerful and positive Tania. Throughout our time there all we heard was staff here were happy and having fun while delivering the best of service. I especially liked when Ernest topped up my coffee and he mentioned about Half Full or Half Empty... I am sure Ernest knows. This location is the best Denny's experience I have had today's. Thank you Tania, Ernest and the team keep up the amazing spirit to provide these experiences.

The one star is for the customer service, for me the food was horrible. I just had a feeling it wouldn’t be good and low and behold‘s that is exactly what it was… Not good. There was egg shells in my eggs, The turkey bacon was horrible, the microwave get to the point where it was stretchy and hard, and could not be pulled apart. The best thing was the kids Oreo milkshake... it was too thick to come up in the paper straw but it taste fine. My French toast was also salty. I am so disappointed that I had to spend money on this but like I said the server Tanya did her best. And was awesome.

I was here at the Stoney Plain branch, Edmonton for breakfast and the staff are awesome! Breakfast was good, service was excellent and I even got discount for my birthday 🎂 !! Their manager is soo good he came to each table asking if all is OK. Good job!

Amazing service! Amazing conversations with the workers and they took care of us 100%. The manager Earnest came and talked to us and made our visit wonderful! The only Denny’s we will come to! And a free dessert for the little mishap we had! Thank you again! Earnest and I will be the “well done” steak buddies!

The only thing consistent at this particular location is the inconsistency with the quality of food. It doesn’t matter if it’s a rush-hour or the middle of the night it’s usually an epic fail... Usually friendly staff, horrible food out of the kitchen. If you need a Denny’s fix, I would suggest a different location.

Went Friday night Jan 20th and ordered a double cheeseburger which eventually arrived quite awhile later, it was under cooked and raw in the middle. The waiter did apologize and my girlfriends omelette she ordered was decent . Other times I have been here and received fast service and great food.

Went to dennys on family day.....horrible service..the floors were a disaster .... contacted head office and all they did was apologize. I will never eat there again!!!!! I had to pay for extra food because the portions were a joke, they forgot a lot of the items that were supposed to come with what we ordered, never had the same waitress, strawberry were diced out and hard, didn't advise us that they didn't have original pancake puppies so paid for 10 and only 2 were eaten cause my kids tried the new blueberry white chocolate and hated them! Horrible and all I get is "I apologize" Sorry Dennys our family LOVED your store but I can't belive the way you handle disastrous complaints.

Thank goodness this location has a manager named NICK . We were seated at a messy table and over 10 minutes to get our drink order. (It was not busy at all) our waitress was rude and kept getting ours (and others) orders wrong . On top of they served us food that was microwaved. Nick, one of the managers on duty , went out of his way to ask how our meal was. When we explained things he was very understanding. Told us he would start re training his staff that night.. Because of Nick, we will go back to this location, we will also be booking at the hotel this dennys is attached to, the next time we need to stay the night. He handled things very professionally.

Usually Super Sayan drunk when I eat here so I can't say whether it's all the beer, or the heaping pile of cheese goop nachos with jalapeños I eat that always gives me life altering diarrhea. Always open, and the staff are usually chicks that have been abused emotionally throughout their lives that putting up with my shit is easy for them. Five trips to the toilets.
