Early lunch with a girl friend and her new baby. We were welcomed as they welcome kids till 7pm (I believe). We got a new server. She was kind and willing to assist anyway she could. Our group went to Finn MacCools for lunch and were pleasantly surprised with the great selection on the menu. The staff were super friendly and service was quick. If you are in the west end of the city and looking for a great Irish restaurant, check this place out.
I just came to this restaurant for the second time, and I did not enjoy my meal very much. I had one fish 🌮 taco, and I was not very happy with it. Then I decided to eat just the fish part of it and the fries.

Service here is great.4 stars But the fish not so much. 2stars Looks good and the ends were crispy As I got to the middle it was very Soggy. Wish they had to cook it for just a little bit longer. So overall three stars

Someone took our drink order after 15 mins.
After 35 mins. Of waiting... No drink came. And no mention of our order ( we never got to that point).

The atmosphere was good and restaurant was clean but they were out of kids menus, 2 of the 4 stalls in the women's washroom were out of order in addition to the hand dryer.
They had one server on to do everything. She was very nice and good at her job but had too much to do at once.

The Guinness is delicious, the wings were not, a bit over cooked on my visit. Could use a hotter sauce but that is subjective. Great staff, comfy environment. Not overly decorated or noise-y. Plenty of parking. Good spot with friends!
