First time trying all you can eat sushi. Food was delicious, highly recommended their salmon and hand cones. A little bit expensive but generally a good place to go to once in a while

I love this place. Best all you can eat sushi in Edmonton! They also have some great vegan options! Service is fast and friendly!

Went for AYCE today with my lady & had a great time. Quick service, servers were very friendly, booth was clean and comfortable... The food was absolutely fantastic & came in waves-- the beer was ice cold. Also the water, I believe they use green tea & lemons for it.. I had 4 glasses of water alone.. WATER. the place is awesome, can't wait to go back my next day off.

Went here for my birthday dinner last week and was not disappointed! The food was delicious and the service was fantastic, quick and friendly! Glad we got there early as there was a line that quickly formed shortly after opening. Speaks volumes for their popularity! Thanks for a great dining experience!

It's worth a try if you're looking for all you can eat Japanese food. Their staff is very kind and gentle. I was just a bit disappointed with the rice that was hard and dry as if it had been cooked several days ago. On the other hand the sashimi and hot items were very good especially the tempura.

Great price for good sushi! The menu is limited in comparison to other restaurants, but they do have a great gluten free selection if you need it! Very friendly staff and quick service also.

Good food, a little over priced, not the most family friendly environment. I took my family here for sushi dinner as suggested by some friends and family. I was not overly impressed with this place when we went. It was very loud and disorganized, not really treated like customers rather than an annoyance with a child. The staff was not very inviting or friendly when we arrived, sat down and throughout the entire meal. We were ignored for the most part, along with other families, and the service to our table lacked majorly. The staff seemed to pay more attention to the tables that did not have children or young adults at them. Not my favourite sushi place in town, but, I am willing to give it another go before I make a final decision about the establishment. I will return to edit my review and rating once I have had one or two more visits to get a real feel for the ambiance, staff, service and food.

I go here from time to time when I want to eat a bit of everything for all you can eat sushi. The owner is very nice and friendly. They recently updated their menu with some new items. I went with my friend and we tried some of the new items plus we also got some of our favorites. There was one new dish that was on the menu we tried that we did not enjoy. It was the Hollandaise Salmon. It came out looking gross with the sauce on it. It does not even look like the picture on the menu with the actual hollandaise sauce. What came to our table was a bland watered down white sauce on the salmon. Besides that dish, we enjoyed some of the newer items on the menu.

I suppose if you’ve only ever eaten Tokyo Express then you might think this place is good. But any avid sushi goer will cringe at the dried up rice, the portion sizes and quality of fish. Won’t be going back.

First off, the parking is limited by all the "reserved 24 hours for ____" signs. Secondly, for the price you are paying per person, you'd expect a lot more. Instead, if you want some of the premium seafood items (bacon wrapped scallops or the baked seafood stuff), you have to pay extra. The sashimi servings are disappointing. Our red snapper and salmon sashimi were easily a quarter the size of what you'd normally get off an a la carte menu. The variety of food is decent, and there are some unique items on the menu that were enjoyable. Service is fast, but we had items missed and wrong items brought to us. I'd recommend trying to get a booth. We were seated at the high tables, and didn't have much room for all our food or us. All in all, this place is nothing special.

In my experience eating at this restaurant, I haven't found any problems regarding the service, food or anything else. The restaurant manager is always friendly saying hello to all the regular customers and all the newcomers too. The service on food is decently fast, and are accomadating when you need to book a large group for the evening. It is expected that when any restaurant including sushi restaurants, that service can become a bit slower when It is a full house, but sometimes people become too impatient.

Nice restaurant good service but be server needs to actually listen to what the client is saying. If they don't understand the need to bring someone over that does. You should not serve food that you would eat yourself and over raped avocado that is black and should never be served so why serve it again. In the end they brought some new avocado that looked fantastic out but we were full by then. Busy place On the fence about trying again in the future.

My roomy and I were craving sushi and she mentioned this place, which I have never been to. Have to say you get your moneys worth! The quality was super and the staff was amazing! Definitely going back and inviting others!

I just called to make a reservation and the rude girl who answered said I could not reserve a booth for 4 people next Monday.. for starters I'm pretty sure they are not overly booked on Mondays and isn't calling almost a week on advance and requesting a booth the whole point of making a reservation clearly they don't want our business, I work in the service industry and when someone calls and makes a reservation and asks got a booth I gladly give then what they want..this is unacceptable in my opinion I'm sure the owner would not appreciate his staff turning people away from his restaurant

The service was outrageously bad ! - They were rude to a gay couple that was with us - we never received all our orders even though we asked numerous times - was nearly impossible to get wasabi and ginger - very difficult to get drinks - we were charged a 18℅ tip even with the terrible service The food was in some cases bad and other was mediocre. Won't be back

The service was amazing and the food was hot, fresh and fast! The fish was outstanding and so delicious. Best miso soup in town, and the tempura was crisp, fresh and to die for. I have no complaints. The restaurant was full and bustling with tons of groups and individuals who all seemed to receive their food quickly and with outstanding service.

Food was good but service was really bad considering we were the only table. It felt like we were an inconvenience. Usually really good when the owner is there and he’s SUPER attentive to all the guests, however, when he’s not there its shit. My group of friends have been going here about once a month for years now and fortunately they don’t have much competition (for now). Hope this changes.

Had really good food and portions but service sucked. Took forever to clear dishes and bring water never did quality check or anything. They were also talking badly about other tables in clear customer view and hearing. I would come again for the food but get better servers.

I used to come here all the time during last year. Sadly quality has declined. Last time I went there I was deeply disappointed, sashimi portions were smaller and the food was poorly prepared. For 35 dollars is not worth it. In addition, since the Edmonton Journal published a piece on this place the prices went up and they decided to no longer serve lunch. It would be nice if an increase in prices would have been accompanied by an increase in quality rather than a decrease.

I went here for the first time tonight with a group of people, even with multiple groups the service was very fast, friendly staff, food came very quickly after ordering, will have to order smaller amounts more frequently. The sashimi was wonderful, nice decent sized pieces. I highly recommend it. So far my favorite All You Can Eat Sushi place I have tried.

My favorite Japanese restaurant in Edmonton. Excellent food and service. I have been going here every friday since it has opened and have never once been disappointed. The portions of sashimi are very large. There are always unique items to try every week. Like proshutto rolls or butter chicken rolls. The tempura basa and brazed pork belly are my favorites. Every one I have brought here even my vegan friends have enjoyed the variety. Fruity rolls are a amazing mix between dessert and dinner. The service is amazing and the staff are great. I will continue my Friday night tradition for a very long time.
