I came here with family and enjoyed the ambiance and decor. The food was tasty and served hot. Came for lunch. I work close by so I had something simple, the clam chowder soup that I had was good. The rest of the ones with me also enjoyed their meal. The restaurant is clean and well lit. The washroom is clean also. The location is convenient as it in the Edmonton City Centre Mall right next to the Landmark movie theatre. So it’s great for a dinner and movie. The Irish themed restaurant has a great menu and the prices are reasonable. Our server was friendly and courteous.

ordered their Wednesday special, fish and chips for $11.99, substituted my chips to Caesar salad, no extra charge.

fish done right, coleslaw taste great and Caesar salad taste great too.

Great place daily specials and happy hour with wifi. Quiet little place came on a Thursday so not too busy although bar was pretty full. I ordered some cheese scones as I'm not staying long. Staff is friendly and quick.

Right outside the movie theater, very convenient. Service was good during our visit. Lentil bowl was delicious, bit should be called a kale salad, the lentils we're sort of just for color.

Im a pretty picky eater especially when it comes to how lamb is cooked. Its a tough dish, but they succeeded in making me happy. The food was well prepared and i was serenaded with karaoke. I would give them a try!

Reliably good, generally not too crowded, next to the cinema and the new menu is super good. Lots of gluten free, vegan, vegetarian choices on top of usual pub fare. As far as pubs go, this one's pretty good.

So apparently my original review has been removed. Let re cap for you. Our server was Alley and apparently also the manager. First of all our drinks were slow to arrive. It was my friends birthday she ordered a MR steak it came out MW when shown to our server she argues with us that it was MR. She basically told the birthday girl she was wrong and it was cooked properly. Alley was defensive and rude when we asked to talk to the management she told us good luck as she was the manager. The other lady asked for a drink prior to our dinner and sat the entire meal without one. Her Salman was over cooked and dry. Our server was so rude. We will never be back unfortunately during these hard times.you would think the service especially from management would be better. Good luck durg these hard times as Covid has hit every bussiness. 2 of us are in the service industry and were appalled at this servers behavior. Oh by the way my first review was removed . This is a great place to meet with friends or to have a nice meal and a drink before events. Covered parking is easy, once you figure out the $5 parking entering from 103rd Street. Staff is warm and accommodating. During my last visit, before going to the Winspear Centre, the pub was super full but Katie was attentive and friendly. They didn't have my favorite Lamb Pie, which was disappointing, but Katie offered many other options available. I discovered a second favorite dish: the Bacon Wrapped Chicken. Overall, my friend and I enjoyed our visit and will continue coming back.

I've always enjoyed my time over the last 2 years coming to Fionn MacCool's Edmonton. Coming from the East Coast to Edmonton, I looked for the feeling of a Irish pub and found it here.
The ladies here as well as the bar staff are always friendly and remember a lot of the patrons who sit at the bar or even just come to grab a quick pint. Mat and Rob are always friendly and approach their guests to make sure that everything is okay with the food and the atmosphere and always found with a smile.
There's also a lot of events that go on here, Paint Nite, Pub Stumpers, Live Music etc.
The food here is amazing here and especially the Fish and Chips (although I'm a Steak, Poutine and Wings guy) and have at times changed orders to try something new.
I highly recommend visiting this place if you haven't done so yet.

The food was good but it took quite a while for it to come. Our waiter was awesome and quite attentive and when he found out we were headed to the symphony he made sure our meal came out in time. He was also quick with the bill when we asked for it. Other than the slow kitchen (another couple seated near us had to leave without their meal because they would have missed their movie) it was an enjoyable dinner.

Stop in for dinner before the Oilers game April 7 and all I can say is that service was so slow.
Waitress only took the food order from only one of our group, only after one of our group finished there drink did she come back to check on the table, at this point the rest of the group was finally able to order. She advised us that the first order of food should be out right away. The first order of food didn't arrive for another 15 mins, chicken wings and fries arrived cold.
The rest of the food that was ordered didn't even get to the table until over an hour after we had been seated.
The restaurant wasn't very busy considering that this was less an hour before the start of the Oilers game.
The manager did apologize for the how long it took for the food to come out and wasn't able to explain why it took so long.
Three in our group never did eat here before having to leave for the game and even one of the plates never arrive at the table.

** Update ** After our less than stellar experience last time, the owner contacted me to make it right if we gave them another chance. We came in tonight and the service was very good, not having to wait long for anything. The food was very tasty. I really enjoyed my chicken/bacon/kale meat pie. I will certainly consider this restaurant for the future.

Long delay for food on a Saturday evening dinner around 6pm. Server advised the kitchen was backed up which I found perplexing considering the restaurant was barely more than half full. Food was great. Long delay to get the bill, get it fixed due to wrong charges, get a coupon discount I had applied, and to pay with scene points. At least 20 minutes just to pay! And now I realize they still charged me for gravy I never ordered or had.
