This is by far my favourite restaurant for Pho, they’ve been around for as long as I can remember. I started going here when their restaurant was on 97 Street. The prices are fair, the portions are very large. You’ll leave stuffed and wanting to go back very quickly.
Absolute best Beef Satay soup there is! The spring rolls are also a must. It would be great to see them open for lunch on weekends again.
I ordered grilled pork and spring roll on vermicelli. They put the spring roll separately to keep it crunchy which is nice. The spring roll was good but you only get one. Most places give 2. #36 is the only thing I've ordered over the 20 years of eating at Pagolac. I'm sure the other dishes are excellent, but the #36 satay is just so damn good it's impossible for me to try something different!
Fresh ingredients, quick service and nicely spiced dishes. This is a go to place in Edmonton. Kim chee, spring rolls beef noodle satay soup all wonderful. Also vietnamese coffee is delicious.
