I've been going here since I discovered it in 2005. The hot and dry chicken is addictive as well as the ginger chicken which for me is a tie with the hot and dry! Amy has an amazing amount of energy and all of the food is really good and lots of options on the menu as well. Be sure to try it out!
I love the hot and dry spicy chicken! All of their food is amazing but the hot and dry spicy chicken is to die for! I do miss it now that I've moved back to Ontario it's one of the things I'll look forward to when I get the chance to visit Edmonton.
Amy is amazed no and her staff are incredible. The best lunch possible. Totally worth using your entire lunch hour to drive and get some!
There is a reason it's known as "crack chicken". The best food, and the most awesome staff. Amy and her crew have lunch down to a science.
Amy and her staff do such an amazing job. From time to time I pass in to CFL for lunch and Amy gets my order down to a T. Sometimes I've got to change the order up a bit. The food is amazing and it's a shame they're not open past 2 cause this would be great for dinner.. Even though there's a line at lunch times, with Amy serving up, the lines goes very quickly. If you're new to Edmonton or been here before I high recommend passing through for some Chicken for Lunch.

This isn't your ordinary Chinese food place. Staff is fantastic and the food even better. Ask for the crack chicken, you'll be addicted like the rest of us. Also don't forget Amy has the lingnan restaurant where you can get the same items. She's an Edmonton legend and her family is amazing. It's no wonder people line up and she had her own tv show on the food network. Amy is also never sick, and doesn't close the restaurant. She's an amazing person with a personality to boot:)
I love eating at CFL! One of my favorite eating places downtown. But, get there early. Always busy.
My favorite lunch choice but unfortunately I'm never downtown during the day so sometimes I get a craving and have to ask my wife to pick up some for me, it's that good!
