I don't think deep dish is really my speed, but I enjoyed High Dough by Three Boars' take on the Detroit style pie. It's a little much to handle after 1 or 2 slices, at least for me, but they are an enjoyable 1 or 2 slices with a pleasantly caramelized cheesy exterior, crispy crust, and fresh dough.
