We were seated at the table without being given menus and then it took another five minutes before someone approached and gave us some. Coffee was terrible and had an ashtray smell. Breakfast cost $17 and was mediocre. Sausages were slimy and bacon tasted like ready crisp microwave bacon. Not worth the money. You're better off going to Denny's or anywhere else.
The only reason I would give this two stars is because our server was very pleasant.

One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Maybe it was because it was a Sunday night and they had to serve a large birthday or maybe it was because I ordered the wrong menu item that they aren't good at making. I don't know but all in all a really poor experience.
To start, we were served by 4 different wait staff that did not seem to agree or know who was supposed to be taking care of our table. We had to reject food that wasn't supposed to come to us. We also couldn't get a drink refill as the only time we were attended to was ordering our appetizers and when our food was brought out.
Speaking of food, everything was terrible. L2 is supposedly a bit more fancy than regular restaurants but you would never be able to tell with what we were served.
We ordered the focaccia bread, the 4 cheese pasta, and the cubano. The bread was cold on the inside, it was obvious that they just heated up some buns that were in a fridge which is fine but already a rocky start. The pasta had a grainy texture and was very bland even after adding a few packets of pepper. The cubano and fries were very greasy. The sandwich was also very bland. As you can see from the picture, we couldn't even finish as everything was unappetizing.
Don't go to this place if you can help it. Go to Bourbon Street or any other restaurant in the fast food court. Even the prepackaged food trays at T&T is better than anything you can get here.

We had breakfast there and it was definitely not good. There was 4 of us and no one liked their meal. 4 eggs Benedict ordered and all hard when they were ordered as soft to medium. Why ask how you like them if you cook them all the same? Service was also slow and forgot to fill coffee and waters

Went for breakfast. $17 for a mediocre plate of eggs, hash browns, bacon (notably cheap and stale), and toast. Service was slow and the coffee tasted like cigarettes. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

We stayed in the Fantasyland Hotel for an evening during our trip to Alberta and we had a package where we could enjoy dinner in the L2 Grill. To say it was fantastic would be an understatement! The food was amazing. We had lobster tails, chicken, shrimp, steak and veggies and there wasn't one thing that we had any complaints about. We liked it so much we came back for breakfast buffet the next morning. Absolutely spectacular, I will definitely be coming back to the L2 Grill during my next visit.

We decided on a weekend staycation at the Fantasyland Hotel, and since our theme room package included kids eat free to L2 Grill, we figured 'Why not?' To say our evening was fantastic would be an understatement! The food was SUPERB! We started off with the Grilled Lamb Loin Chop—it was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection! My husband had the Pork Baby Back Ribs, which he said was flavourful and just right. I had the Atlantic Salmon, which was oh-so-good. Presentation was on point! Even our children, who are picky eaters, loved their Macaroni & Cheese and Kid's Beef Sliders. And the service—top notch! An absolutely spectacular experience!

Staff are great but for the prices the food should be much better. Best part of the breakfast was the hashbrowns which weren't even even. Save some money and go to tims

I would give it 6 stars if I could. We went for Sunday brunch, it was so good. Great food and great service.
