Food excellent in the picture is Lasagna and Caprese salad. I ordered it to take out and it was just as good as having at the restaurant. Service always great treated as an in-house guest. If you have not been here try it. 109st and 100 Ave. Downtown

The lunch menu is prices quite reasonably given the generous serving sizes and quality. Reservations are recommended as this is a smaller restaurant.

We came here for an early Father's Day. We could not believe the service we received. Our waiter was so friendly and always right on time when we needed a drink refill. Our food was outstanding! Also, my parents asked if they could make them a special dish that they didn't have on their menu. The waiter said the chef will try, wrote the ingredients down, and when he came back, it came out perfectly! The chef even came out to make sure it was to their satisfaction. Top notch service. Top notch food!

I took my partner here for our 1 year anniversary. We both had pasta dishes and wine. The service was incredible! Troy was our waiter and there is no way he could have been better. He offered great advice, fast service, a perfect amount of check-ups, and even saw us out. By far the best waiter I have ever had. The food was amazing! The restaurant is small and the chef allows for dish customization. Background live piano ambiance was great. The overall atmosphere was excellent. Thank you Allegro for making our night a special one! Steve

Best Italian Kitchen in the city hands down. I went here with my family and the service was so friendly. I ordered the Zitti Con Pollo for $17.95 which seems pricey for pasta but it was worth it. If you're looking for new places to try! You gotta eat here.
