We had our dinner in this restaurant and one of the dishe we ordered was sweet and sour pork boneless unfortunately the taste not good.
We talked to the ladies who work there and they just answered sorry our boss is not here we cannot do anything for you.
I don't know how frequently they change the oil. We tastes old oil to the pork.

We went today. The food was good. We did have to go ask to be served as our server was taking some time to get to us. We arrived shortly after 2pm. So I'm not certain dim sum carts were running at noon but definitely not at 2pm. This is fine bc they still let you order your dishes on a menu and they deliver to your table. It wasnt too busy in there. Maybe 6 tables. But that's normal for dim sum restaurants at that time. We were asked to show our covid vaccine info and ID. This is a, good dim sum restaurant if you are on the west end.

Immediate service. Fantastic Dim Sum since 1997. I have been enjoying Dim Sum here for 25yrs. Its has even gotten better recently in 2022. Fresher somehow? They do need to have more environmentally friendly takeout tho. I will not take out from here again until they step up.

Ok, so my first experience there was great, so I decided to go back today. I came in looking forward to a great lunch with my kiddos and friend ended up being super disappointed. My 2 year old was talking to her friend who was 5, they were a bit loud (kids voice), out of no where this man name Benny appeared and told my 2 year old to be quiet and that this is not her house 😑. I mean this restaurant is by no means a fine dining and had I known I was going to a Library for lunch I would have not gone at all. For all of you with kids and grandchildren, this is not the place for you!!! I mean how do you even shut a toddler up is beyond me. As a paying customer, this is purely disrespectful and disappointing. Benny, you need to know your boundaries and what you did was not ok 🙄

Caving for DimSum while visiting Edmonton from Toronto. Jumbo 萬豪 DimSum is as great as most places in Toronto.

Jumbo Dim Sum has been our go-to restaurant for many years. They serve a variety of authentic Chinese dishes, and they also have healthy options. It is vegetarian friendly as well! Their Dim Sum is a specialty and they focus on quality. They are strict in their cleaning procedures and it is evident in the overall cleanliness of the entire establishment. The staff are all extremely friendly and the owner makes an effort to chat with the patrons and check in with them. They are also the only restaurant that had authentic Dim Sum push carts! The dinner dessert table is also nostalgic for those who grew up as children running first to get dessert!

Disappointed, we used to come here all the time before covid, but now prices went up, but it's ok considering everything is going up, but food quality is going downhill, some are ok, not as good as before, but this beef is horrible, wrong taste, one bite and I'm done. You lost my business.

Food was good, service was quick, and staff were friendly. Took a bit of time to get water and condiments.
