Whale watching was great. Service at cafe was awful. After our tour, (at 4:55pm), many of us wanted to grab some food and use the washroom, (because the washroom on boat was broken), and the worker at the cafe literally slammed the door in our faces saying “we’re closed”. A mother asked if her chi
I stopped in for a break, had a coffee and banana muffin. The folks are very friendly and I enjoyed my snack. I was told they make home-made desserts (pies, etc.) during the peak traffic season, which begins around the start of July.
Well situated. Scallop roll was delicious! Chowder was full of lobster meat. We were in a hurry to line up for the ferry so we didn’t have time to buy ice cream. Maybe next time.
