The food is decent and the service was good. Check out this burger with an egg and a hashbrown on it. It was delicious!

Just so everyone knows, this place is now called Route 35, and they have wicked chicken wings! The owner Pete is really trying to create a nice place to bring family and friends for a great meal, as well as a place where locals can come for a frosty drink after work. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and there is plenty to choose from on the menu. But be sure to come out on Thursdays for wing night, their chicken wings are enormous, and they have a few unique sauce choices such as Lafayette and Route 35 which you can't get anywhere else. Can't wait to see this place get busier as word starts to get out!

On a motorcycle outing today, stopped in to check out this restaurant. New owners so the name has now changed to Route 35. Food was good but your average pub food with fancy names and higher prices. I didn't have to cook it so... The waiter was friendly and didn't try to over or under serve us so it was perfect. A good place to stop for a beer/drink and a bite to eat, but don't expect anything fancy.

Two stars because the building and patio are beautiful. Our experience however, was awful. We walk to the front door and notice the heavy aroma of marijuana. We notice two employees (one a chef...) smoking weed. I have no problem with anyone smoking marijuana but for the sake of customer experience and safety dont smoke while you're working.. We figure we should give it another chance instead of turning around immediately, we take our seat and notice a lackluster menu that hardly explains what each item is. In the mean time we had ordered some pops and water. Our pops were beyond flat and watery but the worst was that the water had an odour and tasted salty. We might give this place another shot in the future just because it looks nice. But if I come in and smell weed again I'll just turn around.

I was on my way back from Algonquin park and tried this place out. I loved the rustic cabin stylized architecture! The waitresses were quick to serve and the food delightfully filling. This place must be a great spot in the winter if you're snowmobiling.

Very good restaurant. It's located a little bit off the main road to Algonquin. The food here is big portion, great taste and very home-style. It's a great place after a day of long walking in the provincial park. Strongly recommend.

This is one of the few restaurants open during the winter time. Very authentic atmosphere with generous portions. The waitresses were very friendly and attentive as well. As for the food, we tried the ribs, wings, and sweet potato fries which were quite all right.
