Where do I start? Both this location and the other one in Dundas are always dirty. They always and I mean always run out of sweetener. This location has absolutely no sanitizer. Today there was no coffee made and service was painfully slow. I live very close and will drive well out of my way,

They don't start breakfast until 7 an inconvenience for early risers. No drive thru. Decent amount of parking. Decent place for donuts and coffee.

Being the only person at the time 8:30 am and ordered a take 12 the service was not as fast as expected, but I did get a fresh pot made for more order so it was nice and fresh. The display case was not overly filled so options for bakery items were limited.

Service here is absolutely PATHETIC. I came in to order a bagel and a coffee. Took 3 employees to figure out how to ring in a bagel order even after they asked me if I wanted something else instead because they are incompetent. I don't usually leave bad reviews but do not go here if you want to get any of the things you ordered. Multiple wrong items. Issues ordering at all. Forgotten drinks. Worst Tim Hortons experience here. Only 1 employee in the entire store today at 2pm. Thankfully, everyone was patient as the poor guy was taking orders, making coffee and food orders by himself. A customer asked if there was a manager on-site, and there wasn't. Just this guy by all by himself making
