Amazing service employees are always making sure you get the right order and they are always cleaning to give better service thank you guys

What a complete waste of time, walked out after waiting over ten minutes to be served, the staff are excruciatingly slow and they would rather stop serving customers in the actual store to answer the phone than finish making their order. Add to this no acknowledgement when you walk in bar a clueless

It's fine. It's subway. Better subs around, but this place is open later, so sometimes it's you only option and will suffice.

Excellent staff. Manager went above and beyond to fix my order through the app.

I never went to this subway but I've been before to one near me and they have everything you could want in a sub. Let me list them. Sauce. Bread. Yummy cheese. And guess what else? COOKIE

Indoor dining has been closed for the last 16 months and according to the young man working there they haven't any plans to reopen any time soon. People would be better off to drive less than a mile to the Hamilton location across from McMaster hospital. Different owner.
