Came in for water/ice hookup supplies for new refrigerator. Staff were very helpful, and knew exactly what I needed. Everything was in stock. I had gone to Home Depot before that, and staff were not knowledgeable. Great service at Home Hardware.

I always have a good experience coming here. As a tradesperson, its important for me to receive knowledgeable assistance. Employees are able to explain new products and provide knowledge based on real experience. Some items can cost a little more but the experience I have at Home Hardware makes up for that.

A couple of the staff were a tad rude in their explanation but the cashier and the manager were top notch! Because of the manager and the cashier I would recommend this place!

No mask Mandates! Customers walking around maskless! The Owner and several employees not following covid guidelines and harassing myself and others to take masks off due to their beliefs. I'm never shopping at this location again, utter gross disregard for provincial policies.

Great staff and location but I always have difficulty locating the building material I'm seeking. I find it lives up to its name of being more of a hardware store than a building supply outlet.
