I really appreciate the customer service here. I know it's kind of an in out type shoppe, cut they don't try to rush you through and also go the extra mile by making suggestions that might add to your meal. So obviously the management here has hired a positive staff treating the customer very well.

Subway varies depending on the location. The last few times I've come to the Duncan location I have been very happy. Good service, great work ethic, polite and my sandwich comes out the exact way i picture it before ordering. I wish all locations were as good as this one.

The day time manager is absolutely amazing. We did an online order to which it was horrible a few weeks ago. Today Rupi made it right for us. She went above and beyond. She has amazing customer service. Very kind, caring women. Thank You Rupi
