Great service. Worker asked my son what he liked better, cars or animals. Then brought him a car while we were eating our ice cream!

Employees touch raw beef and don't wash their hands. There's so much cross contamination, dishes being washed in dirty water. Pictures and videos have been taken. Someone is going to get seriously ill from this place.

I always have a good experience when going to dairy queen. Food is good and sometimes fast so its not along wait in the drive thru the service there is always good and professional

Unfortunately there is no public washroom. With kids, that's essential. We loaded back into the car and found a different place for our cross country snack and stop.

We went through the drive thru, so we did not interact with the staff much but everything was hot, fresh and tasty, there were no mistakes in our order and we received everything in a timely manner.

They never put enough gravy on my poutines .. and too much cheese. And it’s always a really long wait in line.

Just OK, depends on the day you’re there. Came through on a road trip and went inside to get food. Flies were everywhere and the wait was long. They were training a new employee who, when the payment failed, deserted the cashier area and we were left waiting. No idea why. Also concerned about the
