I could not be more thrilled to have a café such as Marc's here on town to add to our 'culinary landscape.' *Everything* I have had has been delicious and reminds me of two haunts I had for decades in Toronto: Granowska's and the Sweet Gallery (an Austro-Hungarian café). I am thoroughly anticipating all of his baking over the coming months/years, as he offers more of his creations on the menu. That he has worked with the chef who won gold for Canada twice is an added surprise. His genuine joy in what he does is also reflected in how much he appreciates and enjoys those who patronize his café, always providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere filled with his personable and engaging demeanor and laughter.
This is a must-see when you visit Hanna. Everything was perfect from the welcoming atmosphere and music to the smiling chef to the exquisite treats. When you walk through the door, it feels like you've entered a different world. Hanna has gained a real gem!
My 2nd visit...as amazing as the first! I am working my way through the entire menu!
