One of the best restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of eating at. Service is great, food is amazing including the special sauce and the chicken which are to die for.
Tried almost every portugese chicken place on the island from Romados to Canthino...Les 3 Marias is by far the best most consistent restaurant.
Don't let the facade fool you...Daniel and his staff are attentive to your needs and are always friendly.
Had lunch there yesterday ordered the chicken sandwich and it was awesome cannot wait to go back!

Best chicken I ever had...love the place and worth the price..
It's our favourite place to eat in the West Island!!! Honestly, the best chicken around :) Danny, the owner and the rest of the staff are amazing!!! We order at least 1x week and they know our order by heart :)
The food was excellent! You get alot of food at a great price!
Le meilleur resto dans l'ouest de la ville! Le frites sont délicieuses, le poulet est malade mental, les croquettes de morues wow!
excellent food, very affordable, best porguguese sauce in town!!!!
Easily the best food on the West Island. I'd eat there every day if my budget would allow it!
I am so happy that they are 5 minutes from my house. Always fresh and delicious. I am Addicted!!!
Very tasty food and friendly service.
Very good food and friendly people. Try the chicken, you won't go wrong. The fries are superb. Yummy. The place is well decorated and decent. Will surely come back for more.
Be warned - the menu pictures are out of date, the prices are a little higher now. The chicken is delicious. Spicy and flavorful. They do take-out. Great options and many portions for not expensive.
Les 3 Maria Portuguese Grillades located on Sources Boulevard stands alone in this neck of the woods when it comes to serving authentic Portuguese food. It is the one and only Portuguese restaurant in the West Island that brings you a sample of the authentic flavors of Portugal with its grilled chicken, grilled fish, chouricio sausages and other classics.
Les 3 Maria Portuguese Grillades located on Sources Boulevard stands
alone in this neck of the woods when it comes to serving authentic Portuguese food. It is the one and only Portuguese restaurant in the West Island that brings you a sample of the authentic flavors of Portugal with its grilled chicken, grilled fish, chouricio sausages and other
classics. The restaurant may be small and unpretentious, as its original intent
was suppose to be a take-out counter; but in the last couple of years it has
evolved into a full service restaurant with a liquor permit.Les 3 Maria has been newly decorated in a modern theme that is pleasing on the eye with its white walls, simple wall art of
pictures of Portugal, dark wood floors and ample lighting. It is the epitome of clean.
My family all really enjoyed it. Definitely a good alternative. The salad was very average in my opinion, good but not worth it. The rice and chicken on the other hand were delicious! A full chicken was maybe a little much for 3 of us but I enjoyed the leftovers. I'll definitely consider going back in the future.
Great service. Owner is att.... Great service.
Owner is attentive and super kind.
Food was delicious and you got your money's worth as the portions are big.
Great addition to the west island!
My first time at Les 3 Maria was success!! The food was so delicious and the staff are very kind and polite.I definitely recommend you try this restaurant !! There is so many amazing choices to pick from!! Yummm! There's take out or you can just simply eat with your family in the dining room!! Definitely a must try!!
Now, I've been going to this restaurant since the first week it opened. I was a little skeptical when I found out there was a new owner. We all know how it can be...
But instead, Danny kept the same chicken recipe and built his menu around the charcoal grill. The good is fantastic. The grilled calamari is out of the world. I go there every other week...
The food is great, the staff is welcoming and accommodating... Danny has made some subtle changes that have made this restaurant more and more pleasant to go to every time. I have tried the take out and the food tastes just as good and as fresh when you take it home to enjoy.
This is not an expensive restaurant. I prefer this restaurant over st Hubert because it doesn't cost and arm and a leg and the food is... Well see for yourself. I really love it :)
Good Stuff. I think price vs quality it will be hard to find a little place like this, we were two, so it gave us a chance to order different dishes to see how things would work out, well let me tell you, it just worked out very well.
We ordered some entrées, grilled calamari served in an olive oil base sauce (just melted in my mouth, and some cod fish croquettes that were very light and not greasy tasting (they are deep fried).
As main dishes we ordered the famous chicken with the hot spice on the side just in case we did'nt like it, but it is a home made hot sauce and it wasn't overboard on the PiriPiri.
I like to try new dishes, so I ordered the grilled octopus, I really cannot tell you how it is marinated before grilling it but some magic trick is done to it, because it just tastes incredible, it was served with boiled potatos and vegetables.
As for desert we ordered one chocolate mouse, and on flan pudding, I liked better the flan pudding, but my wife liked better the chocolate mousse, so lets say desserts are just good ;)
Coffee can be latte to espresso.
Anyway, I also read that it had seating for 14, but Maria which his real name is Daniel has now seating for 24.
No alcohol for now, maybe in a near future, so you have to stick with national soft drinks or imported portuguese softdrinks. I went with ice tea can't go wrong, tea goes well with any meal!
I did call to reserve.
I enjoyed this chicken so much. Juicy & delicious. Order it with spicy sauce; It's the perfect amount of heat :)
Why would you ever buy a rotisserie chicken after trying this?
Great food and service!. Finally, a great place to get fresh and tasty Portuguese food from rotisserie chicken to grilled fish in the West Island. Friendly service also!
Went there last night with my girlfriend, this place had been recommended by a friend of mine. All I can say is WOW. The chicken is the best I've had in years, charcoal grilled to perfection, the perfect amount of Piripiri sauce, and the price is very reasonable. If you havent been to this restaurant you are missing out on a gem! Dont forget to have some natas (a Portugese dessert they make)!!!
Good Portuguese Chicken!. Went there last night for a quick bite before going to a movie. My friend and I each had a quarter-chicken breast (spicy) which came with fries, rice, and a small salad on the plate. Bread and a small container of olives were deposited on the table beforehand.
The spice on the chicken was not too hot, just right to add some kick to the dish. The chicken was quite good, and if you never had chicken prepared over charcoal, you owe it to yourself to try this place out.
Certainly a great alternative to all the other chicken places out there!
We were served by Maria, who had a good sense of humour - ask her where the name Les 3 Maria comes from!
The restaurant is located in a strip mall just south of the Jean Coutu on Sources Blvd. and has seating for 14. I inquired on the portion of the business that is takeout and eat-in and was told that it is 2 to 1.
My meal was $10.99. Take out of a whole chicken is somewhere around the same price and a half-chicken is only $6.50.
Good deal for the quality of food.
Limited choice in beverages, no alcohol. Friendly service.
My friend and I tried les 3 maria last week ..We started with the cod croquettes which were good but still frozen in the middle :s then we had half a chicken that was super tender, juicy ,tasty ,spicy ,well seasoned ,in other words, simply AMAZING, it came with home made french fries that were really really good, a plain white rice that was tasty enough and a fresh salad ( doesnt come with dressing). all that plus 2 drinks for only 22$. The place is new and clean, the cook is really nice and friendly. definately worth it !
A GREAT FIND Can't saw enou.... A GREAT FIND
Can't saw enough about this gem of a place. Authentic Portuguese food. We had the half BBQ chicken cooked on the grill. Tasty and moist. Also had the excellent bifana, oh so flavourful and garlicky. Bothe served with a nice salad, rice and great home made fries. And then we had something new called pastel de Nata - delicious warm flaky pastry filled with custard accompanied by espressos. Louis and his wife were so sweet. We'll be back soon!
Delicious grilled chicken, cod croquettes and Natas! And very reasonably priced.
Genuine staff, inviting atmosphere to sit and eat, and ideal for take-out. The wood charcoal chicken is grilled to perfection, and tender-moist on the inside. The homemade fries and rice were just like my grandmothers'. The cod croquettes? Melt in your mouth delicious. I highly recommend it and will undoubtedly return.
Good place to go instead of a Fast food place. We were looking for a quick place to eat with the kids, we were aiming the usual fast food place but decided to stop and try this little place and I am sure glad I did! It was fast, the staff were friendly but mainly my kids ate a healthy meal and loved it!
The chicken had a delicious grilled taste, the rice was nice, they had some homemade bread, it also came with fries and a salad, ended costing less than mcD...I sure felt good that my kids had this meal.
Must try
Great food. I signed up to urbanspoon just to give this new restaurant some support. The Bifana sandwich and chicken are amazing. The homemade fries are some of the best fries I've ever had. Great for lunch or dinner, and at a good price.
A new contender in the west island!!. Awesome chicken! Now that Romados is under repair (fire) here is the answer! Price is also on par! Natas are amazing, Homemade bread is amazing! Family owned and operated.
Great Chicken!. We had the take-out and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back (serioulsy, we're gong back this friday).
Finally! Portuguese Chicken in the West Island!. Real charcoal Portuguese chicken which in my opinion was way better than Romado's. Way less grease and yet very juicy. I live downtown and think it's worth the drive out west to pick it up.
Note: Go for the "spicy" recipe. It's not crazy hot, but exactly how the chicken should be.
This place has a good seating area but I think that their primary goal is take-out.
The surprising location of this restaurant should not diminish your opinion of it. It is located in a strip mall on Sources in DDO . West Islanders are lucky to have this place so close by.
