Review Jukebox Burgers & Bar Laitier - Dollard-des-Ormeaux

We arrived and was seated right away around 7pm. The place was buzzing and it was the first day masks weren’t mandatory anymore. We order our drinks, IPA and a Bailey’s Expresso milkshake, which was heavenly. My partner ordered a Beef with cheese patty all dressed burger with Montreal steak spice bun with onion rings and garlic mayo dip. I had the fried chicken on a pretzel bun with Swiss cheese, deep fried cheese curds and bacon, lettuce and tomatoes with waffle fries. Both were super tasty, hot and fresh. Our waiter George was cheerful band engaging and were very happy with the overall service. We will be back very soon.

We're not eating here again unless we're served by Vanessa. She's by far the absolute greatest waitress this world has ever seen! Give her all the raises. I've been here multiple times and the food never misses. Apple pie milkshake, poutine, rocket burger, chicken wrap, you name it. All 10/10. The onion rings are fat slices of onions, the chicken is grilled to perfection, the burgers' beef is always cooked the appropriate temp. They have a very original menu and I'd definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something new with an old school diner ambiance. The food, as delicious as it was, still came second to Vanessa's service.

Almost a 5 stars, but a lot of elements are missing. Cheese sticks and fried pickles are delicious, nothing bad about them. Milkshakes, fries, onion rings and their mac’n’cheese are all awesome But the most important… I had two of their popular burgers and I couldn’t even finish them, at best a 3/5. Their 1/2 lbs patty is dry, and the toppings are way too thick and half of it drops. No flavour from the burgers

Came here to buy a milkshake for takeout because of the hot weather. The décor is BOMB and the waiters/waitresses are super friendly. The milkshake itself was pretty good, topped with whipped cream. I’ll have to come back to eat inside because the food looked so good!

The interior of this restaurant is a beautiful replica of a movie gem; I mean Pulp Fiction, if you want to bring back memories of this great movie this is the right place. The ice cream is delicious, the food is very good, the menu is generally fast food, but they also sell very delicious salads, I would like them to have an offer on grilled meat dishes, seafood or other options, they have an excellent service, it is worth it Visit it when you go to Montréal.

Really clean friendly staff also looks really cool inside the price is not too bad and the menu is pretty good a lot of tasty options last but not least I notice a few little ones here so definitely kid friendly Try it if you get a chance

Perfect place with kids, friends,... They are giving the best service ever. Really nice! Great burgers, weird poutine for everyone, but excellent fast-food.

Absolutely a homerun restaurant. Food was amazing, service was best I’ve seen anywhere in a while, and the establishment itself is aesthetically pleasing. Prices are reasonable. Menu is unique and mouthwatering. Vanessa was the waitress that served us, she was perfect and sweet. I had an apple pie milkshake, a maywest milkshake, and a wagyu beef cowboy burger with JBB Cheesy fries. Once again, HOMERUN. With the milkshakes you get a glassful, plus an extra bit in an individual glass. Will absolutely be back, and our server Vanessa is half the reason. Only lost a star because bathroom was messy.

I've been to your place a few times. The decor is great but it's sadly the best thing about your establishment. Your staff is mostly incompetent and there have been mistakes ranging from minor to major every single time. Does your manager work from home? He must because he's nowhere to be found when requested. Your burgers, while a bit overpriced, are decent. Because I didn't feel like getting stuffed tonight, I made the mistake of ordering something else for a change: the chicken wraps. I use the word chicken lightly because the wraps were about 70% bread, 20% lettuce, 8% chicken and 2% tiny pieces of bacon. According to the waiter, you guys ration out the portions that way. Lol! Might as well just take it off the menu. Never again, unless my kids plead with me to go back... and me literally bribing them to go elsewhere fails.

Super ambiance 50, musique thématique bien assortie. Seul point a travailler est l'attente d'être assis surtout s'il n'y a que quelques clients assis et servis déjà sur les lieux. Notre serveur a été vraiment très gentil et a bien expliqué le menu et c'est montrer disponible a chaques fois. L'attente est raisonnable, par contre server nous de l'eau ou des boissons en attendant la nourriture (qui ma fois est délicieuse et en quantité gastronomique). Un peu dispendieux mais ça vaut le coup pour une soirée entre amis ou particulière. Je le recommande.

The place looks great, the waiter although new to his job was courteous and helpful. The food on the other hand was poor we started with nachos and wings the wings were good but the nachos were stale cold and covered with liquid cheese. How hard was it to put in the oven for a few minutes. Then we all had hamburgers different styles and toppings. Each one was no better then the others. The meat was dry and tasteless the condiments were scarce to none the breads different types were all thick and stale and mostly inedible. To me it felt like they over-produced food for the week and had to unload it on a Sunday night before it went bad. I was so disappointed with the food that I will not go back. Too bad because it looks like a great hang-out.

Super disapointed in customer service and management. They have items on the menu with the SAME name but different prices and they will charge you higher then what is written on the menu (feels like a scam if you ask me). A menu should NOT ever have two items with the same name but different price and if it does, train you waiters to make sure they get the right order from the client instead of assuming it is the more expensive one. I ended up paying double what I thought it was gona cost me. And not only that, but when I confronted the waiter, he did nothing to change or fix this. And on top of all this, the food is over rated, fries are soggy too. Just an overall bad experience, with kids running around screaming and no control over the place. Never going again, and not reccomending it either, until they fix their menu or train their waiters. I rarely do this, but they really did nothing to fix this issue. Be carefull and read you bill before paying.

Ca a été une catastrophe, ma fille est allergique aux produits laitiers et aux noix le moindre contacte nous devons aller à l’hôpital, j’y suis allée avec mes filles et j’ai amené son repas à ma fille comme je fais dans tous les restaurants depuis qu’elle est née. En arrivant j’ai demandé au serveur qui m’a dit qu’il n’y a pas de problème. Nous avons reçu notre commande et j’ai donné son repas à ma fille allergique, le manager Marc est venu et m’a parlé d’une manière tellement aggressive en me disant que je ne peux pas faire ça ici ce n’est pas une cantine, j’ai tenté de lui expliqué mais il était vraiment borné. Il nous a gâché la soirée et nous étions vraiment énervé de son attitude, c’est la première fois qu’un restaurant ne comprenne pas que l’on ramène de la nourriture à un enfant qui a des allergies sévères, je vous assure que je préférerai que ma fille mange dans ce restaurant si je pouvais, c’est une honte et je n’y retournerai jamais !!

Best place EVER for burgers and mac&cheese... Wish the place was bigger to accomodate an old fashioned dance floor and have real 50s dancers Friday or Saturday nights... Our waiter was most kind... Never seen anything like it... Detailed down to a tee.... 5+++stars ... Bravo�

Very good food and excellent service from Vanessa, promoting the plates for our meal and even for the ones to come. A bit noisy but it was to be expected considering we went for early supper. Was worth the trip from east Mtl to west. Thanks team!

2e visite et encore déçue. Service très ordinaire, pain pas grillé et pas chaud non plus, viande sèche et peu goûteuse. Les verres sont sales et l'eau est chaude. Bref, vraiment trop cher pour ce qui nous est servi.

Service was good yesterday...but the food is...boring. Big but boring. Dry burger..5kg of fries. I have been here 3 times and yesterday was my last. Not worth the 92$ for 3 ppl...

Agréablement surpris.... Bon.... Très bon service.... Idée génial le concept... Musique.. Décor..... Un voyage dans une autre époque.... Trop cool.... On reviendra.... Juste une question... Je n'ai pas vu de menu en français.... Dommage...

What an awful evening my family just had. We had so many screw ups on our order. Food returned 2 times for wrong meal, milkshake returned for wrong flavor. Waiter expected us to pay for the mistakes. Terrible service. Worst part, all the screw ups were on my son's order. We came here tonight to celebrate his 11th birthday.

Great place to celabrate with the kids. Very good burgers and fries. Allways friendlly staff.

The food and atmosphere are pretty good but the service needs to be worked on. It’s always slow and it’s been like that from the time they opened. The 5 of us all enjoyed our various meals except for the Caesar Salad. It tasted off due to the dressing that tasted weird. Mentioned it to the waitress who apologized but nothing was done about it by the management. They should have taken it off the bill or offered a free dessert, considering we did order dessert.
