Review Papa Day's - Delta

Paid for extra cheese and received almost no cheese on my pizza. Will never be back to this location.

Ordered Large 4 topping pizza. Rootbeer All toppings were undercooked Onions Green peppers Chicken Salami Asked for refund/new pizza havent gotten a call back since.

Really bad customer service, the quality of food in the last 6 months has turned into a cheap private like local pizza place in surrey. The franchisee has clearly cut corners and the quality control is terrible now.

Ordered pizza tonight from Papa Johns. Was told when I placed the order that it was going to be an hour to an hour 15 for the order as the weather is bad and they are busy. I was ok with that. At the hour and a half mark when my order still hadn’t arrived I called and was told it would be another 15 minutes. 2 hours for pizza is a bit much considering we live a very short distance away. I should have picked it up.

Expected it to be just like Other papa johns pizza. I have never ate such a pizza. Too much crust left without toppings. Not presentable at all. My first time eating it will never go back.

Called to place an order for 2 pizzas. Was told to hold and then when the person on the line was taking my order decided to hang up on me. When they called back it didn't show on my caller ID and they expected me to know it was them. Just a "hello" nothing else. Maybe try saying something like Hi I am John/Jane calling from Papa Johns Pizza I'm sorry the line got disconnected can i complete your order. Or maybe that is just providing to much customer service for them. To carry on I placed the order and the lady I was dealing with repeated everything back to me and I confirmed everything to be correct. When the pizza was picked up didn't think much just paid and came home to find out that both pizzas were completely something else. How is that even possible to confirm someone's order twice and still get it wrong. I wont say the pizza tasted bad. Just this company could work on their customer service skills a little more.

Great pizza, great service. The girl there was very nice. She was very polite and friendly. I went there around 11 am . She was very cheerful She made my whole day . I love their food and service.

Online system down , on hold for 10 minutes, they have a promo code which only works online only not in store , DL50 means 50%off on pizzas. They said on flyer under new ownership, well first impression is the last one for me . Went back to my favourite place. Gave them a chance
