Review Salty's Fish & Chips - Delta

The restaurant changed owner and feels the portions gotten smaller, prices are pretty high for what I got. No check backs on how the food was, service was mediocre, food was mediocre at best, my fish was rubbery and slow; $3 for a can of coke?! Come on.... Also on the menu it says post google review to get a free drink, but they didn’t not honour it. “It is no longer available” Was very disappointed as when it was known as saltys it was great.

Never disappointed when we come in. Amazing staff and the food speaks for itself. Be sure to go in for all you can eat! 10/10

My wife and I have been going here for a couple years now. They were Saltys before being sold to a new ownership and changing their name to Uncle's. The new management is pretty friendly and food continues to be good overall. Only thing we don't like is that our fries were way undercooked during our latest visit so we had to ask them to deep fry again. Other than that, fish and shrimp continues to be nicely deep fried and our favorite is their tartar sauce. Would definitely recommend this place 👌

This was completely terrible, fries were OK but the cod smelled like feet and after ordering over the phone I waited 20 min drove there only to he told to wait 10 -15 min I asked why they told me it's because the need to start cooking the fish when the customer arrives.... never heard of this. But what a complete waste of time.

Just ordered. Not a fan. Fish is too thin. Batter not good. Tartar sauce expensive and like 5 days old looked yellow.

Amazing food. Great service. Must try Halibut and coleslaw with chilled cold beer. Loved it.

So disappointing! I wanted to support local during this pandemic. I ordered online which was great. It said to pick up in 20 mins, so I arrived in 20 mins. To my dismay they didn't start cooking my food until I arrived and paid. While I was sitting and waiting for my order the owner was coughing and spitting into the sink (Which I could hear and see). I also noticed he wasn't wearing his mask properly. It was too late because I had already paid.... so I brought the food home. The fish was absolutely terrible, no beer batter whatsoever and I don't even think it was cod. ( It actually looked liked that cheap tilapia). The coating (I wouldn't call it a batter) was so oily and soggy. Worst Fish and chips I have ever had. I was excited for the homemade tartar sauce..... it was also a huge disappointment. The fries were good, but that's all that was good. Would not recommend and will not be going back.
