Review Fresh Cravings - Delta

I just had my first visit here yesterday and I’m so excited to come back! The food was so delicious and such a good deal compared to the chains (ihop, Cora’s). The waffles have amazing flavour and are perfectly cooked. The fried chicken was perfect and the strawberries were fresh. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The model of the restaurant is unique, where you have a buzzer at your table. It takes some getting used to but I really liked it!

I know its hard to find great staff that are happy to come to work but I still believe the owners/management can do better. It was our first time visiting, however the first impression matters to anyone who cares about service. We stood at the door, few times staff walked by no acknowledgement. After few minutes someone came and asked for our VaxCard. We sat down and the first thing that was “odd” is the way you order your food. You have a buzzer/bell that you can press for (ordering/paying/cancel) which is very advanced but we had to write down our order on a paper which I believe is outdated at this point. Seemed like staff were overworked and not really in the mood. I believe good service is part of this industry. Food on the other hand was great. Portions were large everything tasted fresh.

Food was decent but service was very slow and almost non existent. Was there for a total of 1 1/2 hours. Toast came without butter, requested more coffee and water and never received. Tables have buttons on them to call for service but even with that sometimes no one would come. Could be a nice place if they sorted out their service issues

Wish I could leave negative stars. We were the second table in, food took an hour to get to the table. Burnt and cold, it looked like even the same meats were cooked at different times. A few other tables complained as well. Such a shame the service and food was sub par. Used to eat here regularly but not again. Please sort out the kitchen, food at this level is unacceptable. Servers claim to be understaffed, but it seems more like bad food practices and poor hygiene is the real issue. Easy solution is to remove fresh from the business name. At least then people would not expect freshly cooked food served at a reasonable price. Only go to this establishment if you want pre cooked cold burnt overpriced "food".

The food was good but the service was terrible!! I was told they are short staffed!! And it was the long weekend!! The server didn’t even bother to give the menu and came back to take orders. The food came after 30 min!!

First time we've been here and we really enjoyed our brunch/breakfast. My son found this place online and saw they had great reviews as well as awards, so we thought we'd give the place a try and we were not disappointed. The Traditional Breakfast was great especially with their tomato relish, so tasty with the eggs and hash browns 😋 👌. We absolutely recommend Fresh Cravings 😋 👍

This is my first time to try this breakfast place. Waiting time for food take a bit longer but overall it’s good portions and price

This is the most consistent fresh breakfast even by delivery. You want your eggs medium? They’re medium. You want em hard? They’re hard. Good flavours. Good portions. Great price. Bravo. Please never change.

Very good food here. Me and my hubby got the bacon benny and coconut porridge. Yummy 😋 and very good service.

I keep seeing all the wonderful posts and pictures I cannot wait to try this place the plating looks incredible I'll get there soon I'm sure

We’ve been twice and had great experiences both times. The food was amazing, big portions and reasonable prices, service was quick and friendly.

Loved it! Great food and great service! The presentation is also amazing. Will be going again.

Very simple decor which is a plus in my eyes. Food delicious, huge portions. Service was a little slow but that was the only negative.

Great food, great service....get here now and enjoy

Sure enjoyed the Belgian Waffle and Bacon I had today.

Love the Avocado Toast with bacon and feta cheese and the delicious butternut squash soup.
