Ordered delivery from this spot recently and was pleasantly surprised! I chose it because of its good ratings. The toppings were not of the highest quality but they were adequate. What sold me was the sauce. It was excellent! Could have been cooked a minute or two more but overall, not a bad experience at all!!
We moved her 2 years ago from Edmonton and missed our Royal Pizza we found out Avanti was practically in our back yard. I have never ordered as good a pizza as Avanti has their burgers and fries are awsome.The owner and his wife are really nice and always go the extra mile to make you happy! its one of Dartmouths best kept secrets. I cant say enough about the food there. if your looking for health food its not the place if your looking for an outstanding pizza, burger or donair this place is worth trying out. I for one plan on trying everything on their menu.
I love this place...everything on the menu is worth the money. I have been ordering from here for many years and never had a bad experience. The owners are wonderful, the food is amazing and the quality/portions are perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone. I would never post a bad review even if the place was poor but because this place is so great I wanted to add another positive voice.
Avanti is a small pizza place with a big heart. This is where you find amazing pizza with fresh homemade dough and some of the best donair in HRM (and I'm not even a huge donair fan). The small shop has been around for a while and to "Avanti Special" is a favourite 'go to' pizza for our family. Highly recommend it.
Food was very good. Had an pizza pocket that was well cooked. Donair was good as well as the onion rings.
