Review Tim Hortons - Dartmouth

Went through the drive thru at 12:45pm July 6. They made an error in my order so I went back for a correction. They apologized and corrected it but up sized the item to apologize. What more could I ask for? All humans make mistakes. The drive-thru worker went above and beyond to help correct the mistake. That's great service.

The lady was really polite and friendly and happy to make food as we ordered. Service was really quickly and food was really delicious. The shop and washroom were really clean and There are enough parking space outside this tim.

We were there at 1030 on a Sunday morning. I ordered a large regular and it tasted like burnt coffee and cream. It was undrinkable. It was worse than Gas Station coffee. I will not be spending money at this location.

Terrible customer service. We went through the drive through at around 3:52pm to get the hot chocolate. The lady who took our order just literally yelled at us to drive up.

Don't buy a large and expect a large, even with latte foam this should not be what goes in a large cup! Looks to me like they made a medium in my large cup.

Order is always hot and fast, keep up the great work!

This location seems to be hit or miss for me, and unfortunately, the 'misses' are likely out of their control. To start though, their staff is always really friendly and efficient, which is hard to come by sometimes. I also know that this location supports a lot of local charities and that's so admirable. The team works hard on getting to know their customers by name and I really appreciate that. Some of my frustrations- I waited in the drive thru on a very busy morning to order oatmeal, just to be told they don't sell it - despite it still being listed on the menu. I then had to sit and wait for everyone in front of me to finish before I could leave. This has happened a couple of times with other items too. I just wish there was a bit more consistency in product availability. Another is that during Smile Cookie week, I showed up at 715am (so still fairly early into the day) and ordered 2 dozen cookies, just to be told they were already out. I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes while they decorated more. On such a busy week supporting local nonprofits, its so important to plan ahead and be ready. Overall, I will keep going out of my way to go to this location because of the amazing team that works there. Just hope that the company (overall) can help a bit more in the product consistency department.
