Really inconsistent and bad service at this location. They didn't fill anything and all the food was very poor quality. One of the worst and most inconsistent mcdonalds around, definitely go to another one or to the wendys across the road

Ordered 2 Happy Meals & 2 combos on Skip. They combined our nuggets into one pack, and didn’t give us the toys, yogurt, fries or sauce for the Happy Meals. Tried to call the restaurant 5 times with no answer. Shouldn’t have expected much from this location I suppose.

Would rate zero stars if I could. The absolute worst “fast food” I have ever experienced. Picture going on at 2am to an unlocked store and then being told to basically F off by staff who forgot to lock the door and just “can’t have you in the store right now”. After being kicked out, wait 45 mins in the drive thru to then be asked what your order is again, listen to staff yell at each other, and get served food that looks straight up nasty and old. At least they legit forgot to accept payment for the second order

My food was right but the girl in second window couldn't be bothered to say a word, she reached her hands out to give us our food and said nothing. Lol we asked for mcchicken sauce she gives us the sauce and also says nothing as she is talking to coworkers but not guests?. Weird flex

Had a horrible experience at McDonald's. The staff forgot about us while making hot food-kept giving us cold then told us we'd have to wait for hot food. We decided to wait despite the silliness of waiting for hot fast food but thet totally forgot or just didn't care and we waited 20 minutes for nothing so now all of our food was ice cold. Never again.

It’s morning 3:30. Me and my friend was ordered some food for pick up and we went to the drive through. But nobody showed up. We were waiting about more than 30 min in the front and we saw couple people inside the building. One of the lady saw us and walk out somewhere inside. We already payed the cash online and it’s a 24*7 Mac Donald’s. It was so disappointing and nobody gets this situation.

This place has become the worst McDonald’s location in canada. They messed up a simple order of : 10 pcs of nuggets , I got a cheeseburger . 1 habanero chicken burger , I got a regular chicken burger . 1 happy meal cheeseburger and I got a plain burger . Such an excellence in messing up as if they don’t care .

So I’m to tell about an incident! On march 3rd around 3 30 am i went to this mcd and order food did the payment through mobile app and since it was night the option was to pick up through drive through No one answered at the drive thru and we checked to see what’s happening There was employees inside and they did not respond or even mind us knocking at the door This is really bad customer service! It literally said open 24/7!
