I order a large pizza sub, employee said between 10 to 15 minutes to be ready. Okay so I figure I get there 12 minutes thinking it would be ready if not only wait for a few minutes. Get there and they haven't even started it making it. So I asked them why you haven't started making it when you guys

Always a great treat! Best pizza sauce, don't know if they add something to sweeten the sauce but it's very pleasant!

This isn't the first time we've had "well done" cheese on our pizza from this location. This is the last time we will order from Alexandra's. $36 for burnt pizza.

My bf spend 70$ on food and all of it was wack. (No sauce, no cheese, bacon was gross and overcooked, we asked for extra cheese and there was still less than what would come on a regular pizza). We used to go to this location religiously, not anymore.

When I first started ordering great food just ordered a large pizza it was so thin and cheap never again still hungry after eating large pizza now I am gonna order another pizza from somewhere else still hungry 😥

Ordered late last night for 2 poutines. After 40 min, called to follow up. Was rudely told it would be at least another 20 min. Food showed up at 1:15 in the morning. I totally understand if a place is busy, but over an hour for 2 poutines seems like a bit much, not to mention how rude they were on
