Review Subway - Dartmouth

Stopped by just after 6:00pm. No white bread, not even any in the riser or oven being prepped. Who runs out of the basic type of bread and doesn't even bother to make more?

Brennan made me an excellent sandwich. It’s surprising how hard it can be to find someone who puts toppings on evenly and checks to make sure that he put the right amount of everything. Thanks!

I went in today (April 26th, 2021 @ 4:15 p.m.) and the man who served me did not seem pleased to make my order. He slammed things, grabbed the veggies and literally threw them on my sandwhich. I mentioned to the gentleman he should work on customer service as this is a food establishment and left. I usually always have great customer service here but this gentleman but when Im being polite I expect it back. I didn't get a have a good day, do you want a receipt, nothing. I can tell you that if I ever return and he is working I will turn around and take my business elsewhere.

Went in quickly to grab a 6-in toasted veggie sub for my lunch while I was working up the road service is always great at that location subs are always made well and I will definitely go again and it's a nice little spot to grab your sub

This location really needs some more staff on. Whenever I go in there there is only 1 staff member working. One of the staff members is super fast and good at his job so he’s ok alone but there’s another staff member that should NOT be left alone in that store. You will wait at least 30 mins for a sub! I seen so many people just walk in and out because they could tell it would be a wait. Sad for the owners because they are really losing out on money with the amount of customers I just witnessed walk in and out of that store without ordering. The veggies are almost never fresh. I kindly asked for extra lettuce 3 times and I still didn’t get enough. It’s like the veggies come out of their pays! I will only be returning to this location when my favourite working is working.

Normally I never have an issue with this location until today where a new to me lady was working. I noticed she was very sweaty and that was fine until I saw her drip sweat over my kids sandwiches. I kindly pointed out that she was dripping and asked if one out of four sandwiches could be remade as I'm pretty sure she dripped in it. The lady wiped herself down but as the other employee remade our sandwich, she continuously gave me dirty looks. I did not mean to offend or embarrass her but could not watch her sweat into our food. If it wasn't going to be me to say something I'm 100% sure the next person in line would have! #noneedforthestinkeye

The two girls working today (with the orange foundation faces) were laughing and talking about customers. Our subs were completely butchered and were not good at all. Horrible customer service! We've never had a problem with the other workers
