Really fabulous, Amazing prices great quantity and handful of vegetables in it. Totally worth the price. Meanwhile service was also fast and representative was fine with ofcourse finest dining area of the mall.

I came here maybe few days ago…..I asked for number 4 and I told them to make it spicy but I had it …..it taste like sugar ……i waste all of my money….it cost around 17$ to me ……I never eat to Thai express because of my bad experience.

UPDATED NOV 21 2021: I'm updating here again because every single reviewer is referred to an email service. I have contacted the email from the response below and still not received a response. It has been two full business weeks since I reached out. I went here for lunch about a week ago and didn't have a great experience. The employee at the cash took a few minutes before even noticing that I was there. I ordered a green curry with tofu and there were a few problems. Right off the bat, the employee working that day took a few minutes to even notice that I was there. I was charged full price for my dish even though it was the discovery menu dish for that day. I also ordered an imperial roll with it and the employee forgot to give it to me until I asked for it. When I ate my curry, I also realized there was no eggplant in it and everything was quite undercooked - the peppers and onions were still basically raw. I understand mistakes happen, but this wasn't a particularly busy time (I was the only person in line) and there were quite a few issues. I would have gone back and asked to have the dish corrected, but I had to start working shortly after. Hopefully this was just a bad day and not representative of this location as a whole.

Ordered the tofu pad Thai with veggie sauce and received a totally unseasoned dish with very little tofu (maybe six nickle-sized pieces). I hate to waste food and tried to salvage it at home only to discover a hair in the middle of the container. I frequent this dish at several Thai Express locations and this is by far the worst one I've had. What is the sense of a chain restaurant without consistency?!

Found a STAPLE in my Pad Thai !! I called the manager he was not in and never returned my call. Very unhappy as I ate the staple and spit it out thought it was a bone. Skip refunded my order but these fellas never even returned my call avoid like the plague. Bad manager and terrible quality control it appears. Also he has never contacted me in anyway .

The service at this location is absolute garbage, we've waited for over 2 hours now and still have no food. Once we call them to find out the situation. The manager replied with "...if you come here I will give it to you for free..." this is the most unacceptable practice that I've ever seen in any restaurant, this food is over 2 hours now sitting under a heat lamp. I will never order from this place again nor will I recommend it to anybody. If you come across this restaurant, stay away.

Just got there and order some cauliflower rice and yellow curry chicken. The stuff smells and tastes like sh..t. Honestly, I think Nova Scotia Health Inspection should pay them a visit.

Food is good, but price has been steadily increasing. They are pricing themselves out of a lunch option. It is disappointing that they are featured on an app, but do not have the scanner to use it.
