This is a really busy store and as I read the reviews and people talk about the slow service we have to remember these employees are showing up to work to ensure you get you morning coffee. The whole world is short staffed due to the pandemic so we need to be kind and show more patience. The staff here are lovely and doing their best to help you. We are from the maritimes after all.

Second time in a week I have gone to this location and my coffee was wrong and I asked before I drove away was there 2 expresso in it bcuz it wasn't written on the cover and told yes get home and it's not. Will not go back to this location again.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Cheryl the manager is on such a power trip that she disregards all semblance of humanity. She and the store owner are not made for customer service. I have gone in many times and watched them have full on temper tantrums. Watching a middle-aged adult do that not only infront of their employees but also infront of customers is down right embarrassing. Not to mention the times it take them to actually make one simple drink correctly. (Which in some cases is 4 btw)

They just keep getting slower, galf to staff is moving in slow motions. There are one or 2 hard workers but thats it, waited 15 min just to get to the speaker and find out there card reader is down, when i could finally get out of line. I went to another tims and still got my stuff faster

Said didn’t receive online order, refused to prepare even after seeing proof of order AND payment. Staff very rude and not sympathetic at all! No apologies….just nothing they can do! Won’t be returning to this location. Horrible customer service!
