This is a really busy store and as I read the reviews and people talk about the slow service we have to remember these employees are showing up to work to ensure you get you morning coffee. Second time in a week I have gone to this location and my coffee was wrong and I asked before I drove away was there 2 expresso in it bcuz it wasn't written on the cover and told yes get home and it's not. Will not go back to this location again.

They just keep getting slower, galf to staff is moving in slow motions. There are one or 2 hard workers but thats it, waited 15 min just to get to the speaker and find out there card reader is down, when i could finally get out of line. I went to another tims and still got my stuff faster
Said didn’t receive online order, refused to prepare even after seeing proof of order AND payment. Staff very rude and not sympathetic at all! No apologies….just nothing they can do! Won’t be returning to this location. Horrible customer service!
