Had an exceptional shopping experience today at Lindt in Dartmouth Crossing with my two sisters who were visiting from Cape Breton (they are so sad there’s not a Lindt store in Sydney). When we left the store, the 3 of us all said that every person in customer service should be like Chris. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about al of their products that we ended up purchasing much more than planned and left so pleased and entertained.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lindt employee, Chris as he was coming around to all the Dartmouth Crossing businesses. He was the perfect compliment to the sweet Lindt chocolates he was sampling. He spoke so excitedly and also knowledgeably about the product I was excited to come in and purchase — the store is great and Chris is the best !

We were greeted with a delicious sample of their newest flavour on our last visit. The chocolate are, as always, very good. If you're buying a large amount it's a much better deal than anywhere else. Also, they have a good selection of soon to expire merchandise at a step discount. Let's be honest, how long are chocolates from here going to last at home anyways...

Lovely there, and so fun to find different chocolates! It's too bad they ran out of certain chocolates, like mint and candy cane. ☹️ Paying $30 for a more limited number of flavours wasn't as good. But the service was stellar! Thank you for that.
