I used to like Tim's, but every time I go there now i find myself regretting it. If get food there it going to suck. sure the coffee is adequate and the donuts not bad, but your a coffee shop that's a given there's just nothing special about Tim's anymore. Sorry to say, but they're just feeding off

5 star for Good food , quick service, convenient location and parking. 0 star for rude service, even no reply when you say Hello or thanks. Only 1 or 2 staff members knows how to serve at front end. Rest of the staff seems like trained to be Rude.

Almost every second day they mess up my coffee. It's not a hard order a med 2 cream 2 sugar. I've called and complained and still proceed to mess it. 4 star as this place so has been the only one over the years that keep the coffee taste consistent, and have never messed up my order yet.
