It was noon hour and there was only one person working so it was a little slow. I was in there about a week ago and again only one person working so I just left cause I could not wait, there was customers in the store and at the drive thru.
Very quick, efficient and professional employee. She was working the counter and the drive through by herself and was able to seamlessly serve everyone. The store was mostly well stocked. Just missing some cookies. But overall it was a great experience.
I love Subway. It's very clean and the service I'd great. There are lots of choices on the menu. As they say...make it your way... They menu board also shows how many calories are in the various foods that are prepared. The staff are great and so is the food. I usually order a wrap with double meat,
This Subway opened about 1 year ago. The decor is a bit different than other Subways. There is a small fireplace with chairs in front which offer a cozy place to sit. The staff are good and the food is fresh. This is my favorite Subway so far.
Getting pricey but limited options for something healthy-ish as competition
At this location I always get good service at they put what I want on my sub if I ask for a good dose of South West they put it on and if I want more they put it on with out that funny look on their face. Most of the subways I been to skimp on the sauce and give you the look if you ask for more.
I like Subway in Russell Lake. The store seems very clean and the subs are always made the way I like them. Plus, the bread tastes fresh. I've been to other Subways where the bread is hard and stale but not here!
The drive through slows the counter services down that's why I only gave 40 stars. Everything else was five star.
Bought a couple of cold cut subs
My sandwich was not built according to my order; it was good just not what I ordered.
Guy was a little bit cheap on the tuna...but overall as good as usual.
