Update: horrible female no longer employed. All is again right with the wonderful yummies and pleasant staff! Worst service - short female - refused to sell the chicken shawarma - said it was for delivery orders only. So?? Not for paying customers at the counter?? Epic fail.

I didn’t go here for years, as I usually went to another place in the food court, but my friend suggested here and I’m hooked! I like meat as much as the next guy, but have never had it here - the non-meat options are that good! It seems a little pricey, but the amount of food that you get makes it a good value. If you can pull yourself away from the burgers and Chinese give it a try.

I've been eating here since they opened. Their food quality and portions were fantastic years ago, but slowly started getting worst. Today i ordered a chicken shawarma plate, the chicken was so hard it nearly chipped a tooth. I'm sorry guys i supported you for a long time but this is just unacceptable.

I just went to MicMac location, one of the employee was in so much rush because he wanted to eat the wrap he was making for himself. Totally destroyed my whole meal. I would never go there..I didn’t return the food but told him that It was bad and he was rushing..he showed me thumbs up and not even tried to ask what was wrong. Very bad impact he left on me.

Food portion was okay but the quality was horrible. Customer service was nonexistent. The man working on my order was paying no attention to what he was doing. I asked for no garlic on my chicken shawarma plate, so he immediately puts a load of garlic on the chicken. I've worked in fast food before, so I know it was an honest mistake. He offered to replace the chicken which I agreed, so he rolls his eyes and is visibly frustrated with me after he offered to fix his mistake. After I paid he forgot to hand me a fork and napkin as they're on the other side of the counter. I could not get his attention and had to wait for him to make someone else's order. After sitting down I realized the chicken looked like and tasted like rubber. Will not eat here again.

Yuck. Had the swarnma poutine and my son had the wrap. Mine was inedible. Think the fries were from KFC next door and not fresh at all. The chicken was tasteless and dry. My sons wrapper was grilled to his wrap so it had paper stuck to it and also had bad ingredients.

Ive order here twice, once from skip the dishes and once from door dash. I waited over 20 min for them to confirm my order before I just cancelled. this happened twice. food is good but NEVER order delivery. You will just be wasting your time. This also happened to my roommate three times with them.

My husband and I placed an order on door dash for a shawarma plate and shawarma wrap combo. My husbands shawarma plate was missing the pita a consisted of more salad than anything else, with only 3 single garlic potatoes. My wrap was missing both garlic potatoes and pop. We are very very disappointed and this unfortunately ruined our Friday date night.
