I am not one to usually give a place a negative review and as someone who has worked in a coffee place before I understand that things can be chaotic. This place seemed like everyone was always running around with their heads cut off and could just hear the staff saying they can’t wait to leave also the drink was okay but wasn’t amazing. Don’t think I’ll be back.

First time going to a Second Cup. Wasn’t greeted upon going up to register to order, even though I was seen, stood there for about a minute before I was even acknowledged, then was told they would be with me shortly.
Waited an unreasonable amount of time for my order. Latte was extremely extremely hot, I could feel it through the sleeve and wasn’t able to even drink it for 15 minutes and burned my tongue. Wasn’t impressed with it anyways and honestly I probably won’t bother returning.
