We had the best service! A young man named Justin went over and above! Polite! Kind! Accurate order! And then later we see him tidying up and emptying garbage cans. All with a positive attitude and pride in his work. First time we have ever seen this young man…but would happily have him serve
Ordered 2 combos but they only gave fries for 1. Ordered at drive thru so had to park and go inside. Showed them the bag and told them I was missing fries. Older employee grabbed the bag and put another order of fries in it. He put the bag on the counter and walked away. No hint of an apology.
Sunday we decided to try Wendy's Portland st for breakfast with my family. The hashbrowns were dry and tasteless. The tea biscuit bacon egg and cheese sandwich had a funny taste. The apple juice had expired may 2022. When I went in side to get another juice all the juice they had expired. What

I absolutely love Wendy’s - it’s a shame that Every time I go to this specific one , something within my order is messed up. I’ve gone back actually at times and even when I’ve gone back somehow the order still managed to be wrong.
Wendy's App gives you free large french fries all the time. Always fresh, and their poutine is one of the best.
Pretty good overall. We recently went through the drive thru they only half filled my fry container, but the hamburger was tasty.
