Review Portland Street Creperie - Dartmouth

I was walking by this place so many times in these 2 years and never been in… what a loss! I love crepes a LOT. And this place serves amazing things. I didn’t even have time to take a picture of Salted Caramel Crepe as I was so excited to try it. Amazing! 5/5 And staff are very friendly and nice 👍🏻

Hidden gem! We tried three different crêpes and each one was delicious! Highly recommended checking this place out.

Great crepe everytime, one of the best breakfast spots around. Not much else to say, I recommend the bon matin, like a breakfast sandwich in a crepe.

Tried the burger week's butter burger with cheese. It was good but found it too sweet. Good service.

Yum! Yum! Yum! The Bon Matin was the perfect breakfast start for our day followed by a mouthwatering sweet crepe called The Jill! Yum!

This place rules, their crepes are massive and so tasty. We had a pierogi and a mushroom melt, both so rich and jam packed with ingredients, good value and a nice little sitting area outside if the weather is nice!

filled up on a pierogi with bacon and took a nutella crepe for later! fast & friendly service.

I’ve tried a lot of the crepes from here and the only one I don’t care for is the mushroom melt. The mayo/ sauce with it is just not it. Wish the gluten free version wasn’t $3 more, but as a celiac I am used to this 😔. Aside from that, great spot!

Enjoyed the place the minute I walked in with my family. Morning sun pouring through the big windows, white walls with classic French photos dotting the space, and a mix of French jazz and trad Parisian classics playing. We were greeted warmly by Neil, the owner, and we ordered quickly (as you must do sometimes when you have kids) and sat down. Medium and dark roast coffee for my wife and I, apple juice for the boys. Only 2-3 other patrons there for our duration, so 9:30 am on a Thursday worked well for us. Food didn't take long at all, actually watched them make the crepes from our seats, the boys really dug it. Crepes were served to us by Neil when they were ready (I assume when they're busy it's more pick-up counter when ready, so it was a nice helpful touch) the boys had the fruit salsa crepe (apple/strawb/peach/grape/pear butter/warm spices) and the chocolate covered berry crepe (dark chocolate sauce with strawberry coulis). Angeline had the Bon Matin crepe (bacon/egg/sharp cheddar/roasted garlic aioli) and I had the mushroom melt (sautéed mushrooms/Brie/roasted garlic aioli). Ange and I tried a few bites of each and agreed they were all delicious, the mushroom melt being our favourite (the rich earthiness with the medium roast was crazy good.) Total before tip was under 40$, and we were all full and happy. Highly recommend! As newcomers to Dartmouth, it was a real treat to find, we'll definitely be back.

$9 cost...with less than $3 value. Nothing much in the crepe cone, supposedly 3 scoops of ice cream, well not today... more like 3 tbsps. Tossed the less than good crepe cone in the nearest garbage can. Drove down the road a piece and got a two scoop cone for $3 with literally 4 times the ice cream. Too bad, concept seemed good.

Hands down one of my favourite places to eat at in good ol' downtown Dartmouth. Excellent tableside manner, smooth jams, cafe-style seating, wonderful local ingredients, affordable pricing. Crepes are wonderfully delicious; I haven't tried them all but I've had enough of them to say that it's a great selection! A belly full of 5 stars, guys, you're just the best! Cheers! ^_^

The most genuine, kind hearted, passionate owners and employees I have ever encountered..... service is top notch but the Crepes are the star!! Fresh local sourced ingredients, homemade sauces and inventive flavour profiles!! We drive across the bridge at least once a week I suggest you do the same! ScotianKitty

We had our first try of the Waffle Cones on Sunday! We knew to get there early as most days the demand of deliciousness surprises the supply! The young woman who served us was very pleasant and efficient. The cones were almost too pretty to eat!! Our server obliged with a request to snap a photo of us! And then we were on our way to stroll to the waterfront, enjoying our yummy Rainbow Sprinkle Unicorn Love and.....was it Celebration Chocolate? They are yummy!!!

Oh. My. Goodness. What took me so long to find you?? We had the Bon Matin and the donair this morning, and finished off with the Oreo cheesecake (because every incredible breakfast deserves an equally amazing dessert). WOW, WOW, and WOW!!! We'll definitely be back!

The crepes were delish! Just enough options that it's not overwhelming and a quaint location. Staff was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend. I will be going again 👍

High quality ingredients are combined to create delicious flavour profiles. Charming little shop with friendly staff. Reasonable prices too.

The wait was long and there is very little seating available. But... the food was delicious, and the selection great. I ordered the Bon Matin for the perfect brunch meal; the garlic sauce was terrific. I then ordered the Chocolate Covered Berries to go. I could barely wait until I got home to dig in. Take out might be a better option though so you don't have to fight for seating.

I don’t get to come here nearly enough. You should deliver... right now... to my mouth.

Love this place! I work closeby so I eat here every week. Love when they throw a creative special into the mix like the yummy chorizo and guacamole last month. Mmmmm mmmm good! They can do gluten free too, just ask for the buckwheat.

I've been to the Creperie three times since this February. Every time, no matter the time of day, or the number of people waiting to be served, the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. A lovely restaurant!

The ambiance was fun, the staff friendly and the experience unique - loved it! The food tasted like amazing sauce! Only limitation, there are only a few tables so I’d recommend skipping the peak hours or plan to get it to go.
