Visited this location this evening. Walked in to order at counter. Staff was polite but not enough staff. Table tops and chairs needed to be cleaned as well as tops of display cases and windows. Our beverages were tasty. Surprised at the obviously dirty condition of the store.
Apparently if a staff member doesn't properly hear what you ask for they refuse to remake your order and they put up quite a fight to give a refund or a receipt even for the order. How is it my problem that my order was not punched in properly ive literally never had this issue anywhere else. Disgus
It was terrible got there at 10:00 a.m. waited in line plus there was about 15 other people they didn't open up the other cashier for some reason which doesn't make sense this was Thursday June 30th 2022 I do not recommend going to this one if you want good coffee or good food go to Crystal Ball caf
They have no idea what’s going on in life … can’t handle the drive thu walk ins and mobile orders… make there own rules.. and extremely rude..

Fast service plus well made drinks made visits to this Tim Hortons a pleasure. Always is the Tim Hortons I go to on my visits to Fort Erie
This is the dirtiest Tim Hortons I've ever been in. The washroom was filthy, mud or dirt all over the sink & counter top. Dirty stalls too. Slow service at the counter. No donuts left at midday. Got the last apple fritter. One washroom was not open or functional.
Employees are very nice and friendly. However, having great staff cannot make up for the horrible baked goods. Got 3 donuts, 2 of which barely had any cream inside. Would not be going back.
