We like shopping at the Bay, if you watch for the sales, get on their e-mail list you can get some real deals on Brand name merchandise. Variety varies from store to store, customer service is first rate. The staff is very helpful, and courteous. We really don't have anything bad to say about shopping at the Bay. And if you get the Bay points card, you can get even more discounts on sale items, you accumulate real money that you can spend on more of the stuff that you want. Like shoes, runners, jeans, winter coats at steep discounts. I get a brand new winter coat EVERY year! Not some cheapo Wal-Mart parka, real brand name Parkas like Tommy Hilfiger, Jack and Jones etc., all at less than 1/2 price. If you like what you see at The Bay, you need to be a smart shopper that gets alerts and watches for the deals. I hope this review helps.
Actually got my order 100% correct. Very rarely does that happen. Can't figure out how to redeem my doughnut that I won on the app roll up to win though.
Wish we had these in PA. But have to bring my own beverage as UNSweet tea is unknown in Canada
Maintain parking lot in store very well friendly clientele only mess up on the coffee's once in a while all in all good experience
Came here when I first went to Cranbrook. Lovely hot chocolates and smashing tim bits. Staff were friendly and the seating was very comfortable. Excellent place to go if you need to be warmed up during winter!
