Vivian made the most beautiful cream cheese flowered carrot cake for my mom’s surprise 65th Birthday! Not only was it beautiful but it was the best tasting, mouth watering with every delectable bite carrot cake I’ve ever tasted. Vivian is an extremely talented baker and artist. Thank you so much Vivian for adding to such a special surprise for my mom.
Friendly staff. Very accommodating. The food is top notch and homemade. Prices are good for the quality of the food. Definitely a goto place.
My wife and I ate an excellent dinner tonight at Vivians. The beef brisket dinner is excellent. Portions were generous. When we arrived shortly before 6:00pm the place was packed. Dessert selection is limited, but a meal in itself.
That was a great experience for me. Tracy was our server and she was fantastic with us and my children. I had the hot brisket sandwich and I would have licked the plate if i was alone. Can't wait to try the perch next. Welcome to Courtland, Vivian's. See you next time! �
My husband and I dined at Vivian ' s and the food is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the chicken parm and the Philly beef sandwich. And the coconut buttercream cake was absolutely delicious. The staff is attentive and welcoming and we can't wait to go back!! Oh, and the bacon corn chowder was incredible too!!
Awesome place and felt cosy. The food was very good and go hungry cause you get a lot. Homemade cakes yummy...really...the waitress was so nice. We will go back for sure....oh amazing coffee and fresh ....
Fantastic food and friendly smiles from start to finish. So glad I brought my sister and brother in law here. P.s. don't skip dessert Vivian's cakes are fabulous !!�
If you want a home cooked meal this is the place to go! Generous portions and quality food!! I will definitely go back!!!!
Amazing food. I only like steak from the keg but i have to say I ordered the steak here and they could give the keg a run for the money. I cant wait to go back.
Made my third visit today......as usual the staff was fantastic and the food was even better!! Kayla and Vivian know my expression as I make my opinion known!! I am looking forward to trying the brunch! Thank you so much for your hospitality and great food.......see you soon!
We went there for brunch today and it was delicious. We will definitely be going back. The brisket and home made macaroni and cheese was my favourite. I tasted the homemade desserts and they were amazing. Can't wait until Vivian starts selling her baking. Can't wait to go back again.
