Waaaay to expensive for quality! $1.99 donuts are DEFINITELY not worth it, my order is almost always wrong. Flavor adds are not worth it; $.30 and I can NEVER taste it. This was the last straw with the ignorant service.. lost my business now

This is the second review I’m leaving this monstrosity of a place they are calling a Tim Horton’s. I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again this is the worst Timmies I’ve ever been to, they tell you “hang on a second” at the speaker always which creates horrible congestion in the drive thru line. I

My husband went to the tim hortons by superstore to grab me a bagel for breakfast, the staff was rude and the bagel had so much cream cheese i wasn’t able too eat it. When i opened the bagel up there was rotten lettuce inside of it, the staff at this location can barely even understand of speak engl

I can't speak to the drive through but the customer service inside the store is always excellent! Friendly staff do their best to make and serve food promptly.

Firat off the girl had both her airpods in. Was very rude. Didnt even make a classic lemonade properly. Didnt serve FOOD 30 mins before closeing. She had her hands all over our dounuts.

Worst service ever, I waited 15 mins in line and I was the 1st one, workers never even acknowledged you. 3 other people walked out, unless u use drive through this location doesn't want your buisness

Very understaffed. Only 2 employees on. Extremely dirty and unsanitary. Owners need to stop with the lean and mean program and make this better.

Just in to pick up a gift card. One person ahead of me. Took about 10 minutes in line all together. Drive thru had all the servers attention. Little disappointing.
