Nice location with small town service. We showed up just before closing and got great service. So many places and employees would have been unhappy to see us that late but the girl that served us was really nice and accommodating.

Great Staff. Excellent service. Still the #1 TIM HORTONS in the valley! IMO Even tho it doesn't have a drive through, I'll still come here. Thank you for always doing your best!

It took 45 mins for the employees to take the cars order in front of us. There were no other cars in front of them. After 45 mins of waiting I finally got to the speaker to be told they would be with us in a minute and if we didn’t wanna wait we could leave. I hope head office sees their fast servic

I was disappointed in the lack of care for their behavior. I was burned by their carelessness and spilled coffee all over myself. The picture will show what I mean. At first the coffee kept spilling as you can see on the side of the cup and burning my fingers, I figure it was because of double cuppi

Ordered from this restraunt on skip the dishes. I had quite a large order and they elected to only send me one of the items on it and charge me for everything I ordered and didn't receive.

Coffee & food are good. However, the staff doesn't pay much attention to in-store counter customers. Even when there is no line-up, at the counter, I've had to wait more than 5 mins for someone to take my order. It's like they've been told that drive-through patrons take precedence for service.

Weird but funny, asked for napkins for the doughnuts and coffee- the middle aged lady with glasses went by the sandwich area and grabbed a bunch of USED napkins( grease stains and crumpled!) I mentioned to the Asian lady making sandwiches that they looked used and she said, 'it's OK!' Ha! The young
