Review Triple O's - Courtenay

Great stop... White spot inside for food. Drinks and snacks inside with coffee that staff keep fresh 👍 washrooms are nice and plenty of gas pumps. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Had to speak quite loudly to order so ordered at the window. The boy who took the order was unkempt and rude, and when I got home, the burger was not the one I ordered. I was so hungry I ate anyway. It was dry and overcooked. It was fast, though.

Update: Both of us agreed, by far worse ff breakfast we've ever had, buns we're burnt and it was downhill from there. Today we learned that Triple O's is to be avoided going forward ha! Terrible service, took forever, condescending attitude, no idea how to serve customers properly. Told me to never come back because I criticised her lack of basic understanding on how to serve someone. The lying was over the top, no apologies for taking so long to prepare food, just sad all around. If you can't tolerate tourism, maybe you should not be doing this job? I mean, the cook came out to tell her to "take your time" Hahaha, it's like a joke instead of a place of business. So many other restaurants to choose from, go somewhere else.

Terrific huge burgers. It's like going back in time. The fries are home cut and the staff is taking friendly. We will definitely be back!

Triple O’s is great. But the employees at the Courtenay location…. Not so much. They are notorious for forgetting parts of orders. We ordered today and they forgot and entire meal that was paid for.

Being a fan of Triple O's in other locations. I was disappointed with my visit here. The woman who took my order gave me the bad vibe as soon as I got to order. She wasn't pleasant and seem like she was having a bad day maybe. I placed my order for a double double burger. After I paid she didn't offer me my receipt or acknowledge my payment. She just continue bagging the poutine cheese on the front counter. Which surprised me with Covid-19 and that I was standing a few feet away. Stunned by what happened I kinda stood to see if she notice me but she continues to ignore me or the health hazard. Her co-worker came over from the drive thru to check on me after she left to put away the poutine cheese. He at least was helpful to giving me my receipt. I'm guessing she also made my burger as she came out with it from the kitchen. I hope she washed her hands but I have little faith. The burger was squished and dripping in my car when I tried to eat it. So I didn't have time to snap a photo of it as my hands were getting covered by sauce. I hope head office gets to see my review and take action.

Good food and very friendly service. I had my order messed up, but they asked me to come anytime and get a free meal. Thanks to Victoria working at drive thru.

Food was really good. We had a spicy chicken style burger and a chipotle BBQ burger. Sides were pickle chips and Cajun fries with one iced tea and a cookies and cream milk shake. All items exceeded our expectations. Prices were reasonable and the staff working the day we went were all super friendly. Food arrived in good time and order was correct. Will go back

Every time by order is WRONG!. My order is wrong every single time I go to this place, all I ask of for one thing on the side and add tomato, somehow this is the most challenging text known to man because everytime one hing or both are messed up in many diffrent ways, I work in the food service industry and it baffles me why this is such a hard order! I love my sandwiches here when they are done right.<br/>Also I do not get my receipt inside my bag as i used to to write the website to complain each time ,each time I have not got a responce back from head office; in my restaurant I know these are seen as we have to respond to them.<br/>This post has been a last resort!<br/>I love my sandwiches WHEN They are correct! <br/>I hate not wanting to go there because it is going to be wrong, I have to sit and check it over and go back and have it done right, once the employee told me I was wrong and I had to prove that I wasn't!

Yum!!. Everyone is always friendly and has amazing food. To top it off they make their own fresh French fries.
