Great staff and clean restaurant. Only thing I’ll say is that they get really busy sometimes so your online order might not be ready on time, id recommend going in and placing your order during rush hours. My partner got the suprimo sub and he loved it.

This was my first subway in courtenay store #2760 after coming to Canada .
Felt so so happy with the service and how warm the entire process was. It was quick , the associate was patient enough to explain and guide and made sure that I get the best subway experience! Amazing!

service today was great, my boyfriend and i were served by a lady named christina i believe. she put the perfect amount of everything on both our sandwiches and was very kind. first time ive been to subway and haven't had to repeatedly ask for extra pickles. keep it up!

Nothing to complain about. Subs were good, made to order. The employee was on his own but super friendly and efficient with our larger order.
