Review Wendy's - Coquitlam

Ordered through uber eats, and it arrived quite quickly. They apparently didn't have chili for the fries I ordered ready, so they sent me poutine instead. That's alright! Thanks guys! Tasted great.

Typical fast food restaurant. We go here semi-regularly, and never had much of an issue with food. The service isn't great but overall it's clean and serves its purpose. The atmosphere... It's an older place but fairly bright with windows all around the seating area.

Very bright cozy place to have little lunch at. I would rate food 3 out of 5! Very greasy sandwiches. But taste better than look. Very friendly staff, willing to serve you good meals. Lots of free parking and convenient location.

I personally go here whenever I feel sad or If I have an empty stomach. It cheers me up and fills my stomach! 😄👍 10/10 (though the only thing I would've prefer Is If It would be closer to the neighborhood then near the highway cuz personally, I think a Wendy's that's closer to home would be better 😎

Food and service is usually decent here, but they did not bring out the ketchup pump even i told them.

Great place to grab a quick bite to eat. They are usually pretty busy with orders from skip, uber or doordash but they are always very quick to help walk-in customers. Great food and even better service!

The fries were a lot better then I remember. Really great portion for the price! The decor hasn’t been updated, but that actually made it really fun for us. Very retro! ...maybe it could be a fun photo for someone (exactly how I remembered it looking in the 90s). Staff were very friendly and quick. Restaurant was clean and everything was well stocked (ketchup, etc). I saw it was open late, so I will definitely be back... even just for a coffee or lemonade.

I was pleasantly surprised at the customer service I received today. I believe they have a new manager named Mel - who is simply the opposite of what I experienced before. She was courteous and professional. Over a month ago - my previous experiences here were horrible (the staff were rude, non-caring and absolutely obnoxious. I had sworn never to return to this establishment again because of the terrible service I received before - mind you, this wasn't just a one time experience but a repeated trend). My son wanted a burger so reluctantly we came back to this restaurant. To my surprise, the staff were actually polite. They took the order and even smiled. I didn't feel rushed, or pushed-thru like the unacceptable unprofessional previous experiences I had before. I am glad for this change. Who know, if this keeps up - i may actually return here.

I asked for extra onions. Told them I LOVE onions. NOW I love this Wendy's 😁

I told you I love fast food. Wendy’s in my opinion is the best when it comes to bacon. Plus, their bacon looks so much better than McDonalds or any other fast food chain. M and I came here one night because he really wanted to try the chili cheese fries. We chose to dine in, but its always very depressing. Empty and with super outdated furniture. I always hate eating in the restaurant. I prefer eating it in the car hahahahahahaaha. Yes, I can be quite a slob sometimes too. The ‘W’ Sandwich has 2 beef patties, two slices of cheese, thick-sliced tomato, and sauce in a bun. M enjoyed all that meaty goodness. Asiago Ranch Chicken Sandwich  has white meat chicken breasts topped with smoked bacon, asiago cheese, ranch sauce, lettuce, and tomatoes. It tasted ok, but the chicken breast had way too much pepper. The bacon inside this was very good!! Chili Cheese Fries contain sea salt, meaty chili, melted cheese, and shredded cheese. It tasted alright, but it could have had more cheese. M enjoye
