The best thing about WINGS has to be the service. Second to that would be the drinks, third the food. The wings were actually quite nice, but the mozzarella sticks left a lot to be desired. The bacon mac and cheese was also pretty good, but the garlic toast on the side was better.

Wings has a menu with a variety of Wings. So many options to choose from. They have the flavours organized neatly in three different categories. One of my favourites is the Salt and Pepper ones. They also have half off a plate of Wings on Wednesdays and Sundays but it's gets super busy, so make sure to get there nice and early!!!

Got an order of Bobby wings. $10 for 10 wings. Sorta fun challenge. Spicy but not unbearable. The taste was meh. Was fun but didn’t get my name on the wall :(

The first time I visited this place was before the pandemic and today was my 2nd one and it hasn't changed ! The place needs to be updated, lol !!! The place looked so old and needs a modern touch ! We had Fiji flame wings,Texas dry rub wings,piripiri chicken wangz and calamari . The food and customer service was okay. The server needed to engage with customers!

Had the best experience at this wings because our server was so amazing. I was there with my three girlfriends on February 12th in the evening. Our receipt said our servers name was Mark and he was the kindest and sweetest server I’ve ever had. Asked for him to take a photo for us and he was so kind and asking me about my camera. He checked on us frequently and the food was great! He was very helpful with understanding the halal options and how it works as well. Would definitely come back for the food but mostly the service! thank you Mark for making our dining experience so great!

Friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Decent drink menu. Had the Fiji beer with 3oz of jack. Would recommend the Fiji beer to those willing to try it out. Bartenders were very friendly. Decent try if your looking for a place to drink

We were served by mark tonight. He deserves recognition. He went above and beyond for us as a table and was very personable. He was extremely prompt with any requests we had and made our overall experience very enjoyable. If you want a great service experience ask for mark!

Overpriced by quite a bit but you know that going in. This is exasperated by the recent choice to remove the discount wing day. The food is okay-good, some of the wing choices are great. Likely won't see me often as without the deal days prices are insane for what you get BUT if you do go there is positives... Lots of screens for sports, lots of well spaced seating. One thing for specifically this location, it's been a decade of going here and there staff are always wonderful, even when understaffed.

Wings is always a good pub to go for drinks or watch the game with friends. Good atmosphere when we went and the service was good considering how busy it was. Definitely will come back in the future.

Wings can get quite packed during game days or during their Wednesday specials. The wings are pretty decent here and service is friendly. The Wings franchise is known for their Bobby wing, which you need to sign a consent form for! They are indeed very spicy and will induce a few tears. My biggest mistake after eating these was taking my contacts off a few hours later, LOL! The spices stay on your skin I guess, even after washing! You have been warned.

Great wings! Lots of choices, that’s for sure. We tried several different flavours, and they were all yummy!<br/><br/>The place is quite spacious and kid-friendly! <br/><br/>The service is attentive and love the happy hours every Wednesday and Sunday.<br/><br/>Recommended!

This place was okay, I remember the wings being kinda cold when they arrived and tasted a bit like it was microwaved🤔 we had a bigger group and the waitress didn't really know what was going on, I had to flag her down a few times😒 yes it is spacious and theres lots of tables but the food... 😬

Walked in, waited for 10 mins to be seated. Waitress says only 2 waitresses working, serving a big party. Gonna be another 10 mins. 4 people in front of us argue with waitress cause they seated themselves. they had been waiting for so long. After waiting almost 30 minutes we left. Altogether including us we counted 14 people who came and went. Understandable that 2 waitresses cannot do the impossible, owners managers are to blame. From the rest of reviews, seems to be running theme. So that's it for me, long time wing fan calling it quits.

Wow just GARBAGE service. Went there with 9 friends for a birthday celebration. Waited 45 - 50 mins for a table. Then a waitress told us that a table is ready for us and they were just cleaning up the table. 25 - 30 mins later, i went and ask them where our table was, they said oh there were not enough seats for that table. Right before that, we saw a group of 7 who got a table and they came like 50 mins after we arrived. <br/><br/>1. How the F did you not have enough seats or miscalculate<br/>2. Why didn't you tell us as soon as you realize the mistake<br/>3. No apology at all<br/><br/>What a shame, since me and my friends are regulars and we like wings a lot.

This place is disgusting. The staff are the most incompetent and rude bunch I've ever seen.<br/><br/>Our table of 10 was seated with no water, tissues, nothing. They started bringing out drinks only while some members of our party were having to reorder because half their menu was unavailable and the server had to check with the kitchen on everything. That coupled with the fact that the drinks were all wrong, we decided to leave after 15 minutes of confusion and stress. <br/><br/>We offered to pay for our drinks, but some members of our party showed the waitress that we had barely touched the drinks, as they were not even what we ordered in some cases and the server was all over the place. <br/><br/>We walked out only to be followed by the staff member in charge, who silently took pictures of our licence plates and explained in a very racist way "how things work in this county" to my family who has been here for over 40 years. None of us had ever witnessed such disgusting service in that time. <br/><br/>As the manager was being so aggressive and insulting while we tried to explain, we just threw a 20 on the table and walked out. The actual bill was less than 9 dollars for some watered down pop. We didn't wit for our change as he ridiculed us "skipping the bill to save money" <br/><br/>That place is on prime real estate, and it's empty for a reason. The lowest of the low.

Not a fan. Have visited Wings restaurant a number of times and received sub-par service and poor quality food. For the same money you can get much better quality and service elsewhere.

Awful service. Was at Wings for a fundraiser event. Staff would not allow our group to have another table and we had to squish 6 people in a 4 person booth. There was a booth behind us that was empty when we arrived but we weren't allowed to sit there. There was also a table that was "reserved" but for the 3 hours we were there it was not occupied. For the record, my family spent an extra $100 over the fundraiser meal cost. When we asked to speak to the manager, she said "she didn't have time for this"! Since when is customer service not a manager priority? We were told to email the GM, which we did. No reply. Obviously he's to busy to care about customers as well. No problem; we will take our business elsewhere and will very well make sure to tell everybody I know what a group of indifferent and very unprofessional individuals runs that place.

The Wings are DELICIOUS. If you're not coming here to eat wings, then don't come here.<br/><br/>This place is all about their wings, and if you want to eat something else, go to another restaurant because this is their niche.<br/><br/>On Sundays, I go with my girlfriend because wings are 39 cents, and it's any of their flavours (and they have a lot). <br/><br/>So to all the people down-voting this place, saying their non-wing food is average, maybe try their wings?!<br/><br/>Not the greatest selection of beer on tap. But that's a different story. I blog about beer, and I could definitely recommend some wing/beer pairings for them.<br/><br/>Overall, delicious wings, but whiny foodies who want everything to be perfect and are too wussy to eat their wings.

Thirsty. Met up with some friends on Fathers Day. The place was near empty. Our table was about 10+ people whom already ordered which was fine. They seated me & asked if I was ready to order. ...Sorry I just got here, may I have a minute? After that I was forgotten about. Ok. Big group maybe I got lost in the crowd. Did I mention the place was near empty? Lots of hostess's standing around. I noted they weren't too attentive. Maybe we needed to be more fussy & complicated. <br/><br/>Finally my order is taken after buckets & wipes were brought in prep for the wing bones. I was never offered a drink, not even water. <br/>Everyone had to ask for cutlery after they were served their meals.<br/>I didn't eat much of my ordinary Beef Dip which there wasn't anything notiably wrong with I just wasn't feeling it. My wings were fine. No one came to check on us & after eating 1/2 dozen hot wings still no bevie. I thought it was funny when my bill came and there was a coffee on it. Which they hastely corrected. The irony wasn't lost on me. <br/><br/>Overall I still enjoyed the company of my friends but it was not a favorable memorable dining experience. I didn't feel that they were on their game. Everyone was pleasant and the place was seemingly clean. I would say a 5% tip was earned, not a 15%.

Actually very good food. I was very impressed by the food at my recent visit, I had the steak its just $15 for a 6oz (I'd like a bigger steak but who doesn't). With veggies and mashed potatoes. The steak was thick and awesome and clearly never frozen, cooked exceptionally good. I couldn't believe it was only 15 bucks and the potatoes were great too. Had some wings as an appy, you almost have to, they were also up to my high standards. And the 151 ballinis are so good (and I'm a guy). Their web site says they use "only fresh never frozen ingredients" so I don't know about some of the older negative reviews but it was good and I was there on a saturday night no problems. Prices were better than average and all ages are welcome, even though it has that bar feel.

They recently had a menu change and I can say some of their new food are absolutely good. Their new Cheesy bread that has tomato sauce laid in rosemary flatbread smothered with cheese, that's the good stuff right there. I also tried their new pasta, i think it's called stuffed pasta shell. It's obviously a shell pasta stuffed with ricotta cheese placed on top of a generous amount of tomato sauce. Service is a little slow coz we were a party of 15 and had only one server but the wait was worth it.

Service. Went to wings tonight as a fathers day out. We were told we were next for a booth, so sat at the bar to wait. A booth came available right behind us and as we got up to take it a waitress came up with other patrons to take it. I informed her that we were next and she blew me off so as I went back to the reservatiom desk her comment was I pulled strings to get you this table to her freinds. I talked to the manager and he was completely useless. Last restuarant that did this [Sammy J's] lost a ton of business and if wings doesn't improve will probably go the same way, good luck

Good food. Good price, but terrible service. I dont know if our waitress was drunk or high. Everytime that we asked for a pitcher of beer; she would come back 10 minutes later with no pitcher and to ask us if we wanted to order more drinks. She brought us the food, but didnt bring any cuttlery and she was no where to be found. She broke a glass and spilled a drink on our table. Even though we asked to split the bills, she claims that the machine could not do it and wanted our party to figure it out. After some complaining she tried to do it, but she seem unable to add even with her phone calculator. The washrooms were very dirty at this place too.

Not impressed. Service was ok, but very slow. My burger was made with frozen patty, like ones you buy from Superstore in a big cardboard box.

I have been here a few times and it is not worth it. The food is crap, everything comes prepackaged/ frozen then quickly heated and thrown onto a plate. You can get the same food from the freezer section of a grocery store and make it yourself at home. They also don't know how to make nachos, it looked like a teenage kid just threw stuff onto a plate. Do yourself a favor and save your money and go somewhere else.

Servers are snooty, wings are ok, tabletops are sticky even after cleaning (use a little bleach!), and the cook has a staring problem. much prefer the surrey location

Feels like a bar/pub more then it does a restaurant. Wings were nothing special, just a basic wing with different sauces. The value is good though - beers in special all the time. They advertise Fiji Blond beer a few times, even make fish and chips with it .. However when I asked for a pint "we don't carry anymore". Won't avoid but not on the top half of any of my lists.

Took about an hour to get our order taken. It took about twenty minutes and multiple attempts for the server to get us a couple of pepsi's. Definately prefer the surrey location.

Offensive treatment. First time I visited I went alone after work for dinner and waited in line behind another party. When it became my turn to be seated, the thick asian dude seating guests said 'excuse me, sir' and seated the 4 asian girls standing in line behind me. After I was seated my server appeared to be avoiding eye contact. I visited again with my wife and we waited so long for service (while our waitress cleared the tables adjacent to us), that we had to approach the staff and ask for someone to take our order. Go somewhere that appreciates your business, this place does not.

Undecided.... Went to wings to watch one of the nucks games (Game 5 round 3 Van vs SJ - nucks win dbl OT win - advance to Stanley cup finals!!!) and I am unsure whether i liked it or not! <br/><br/>FOOD: The wings were very tasty - i definitely liked those. However, i was un-impressed with the calypso chicken burger I had (which was recommended by another urban spooner). Didnt have too much flavour, but it could be that i was too full from all the wings i ate! Beer seemed a little "meh" - i've definitely had better. They were also out of their house brand Fiji blond ale, which i wanted to try.<br/><br/>SERVICE/ATMOSPHERE: the atmosphere was great - pretty hard to not have good atmosphere during a Canucks game. The servers were very nice - though I agree with another review - very young! I wouldnt be surprised if they were still in high school... Capable enough but one of them spilled a plate full of (eaten) saucy wings on my jacket... :S She was very apologetic - but i didnt get any "break" on my bill or anything. Wasnt too impressed... the TV we were watching the game on also kept changing channels out of nowhere.... not good!<br/>FINAL VERDICT - I'll have to give it another shot - maybe on a less busy night. So for now, i cant vote like or not like. To be continued...

Outstanding!. I came in to Wings to watch a Canucks game. We recieved excellent service from our waitress, Tiffany. She was friendly, knowledegable, and very pleasant to be around. Our food was delivered quickly and was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful dining experience overall, and would definately recommend this establishment to family and friends.

Average clientele age = 20. Average staff age = 18. Average wait time to get in when they tell you 5 minutes = 20 minutes. Average percentage of cougars = 5%. If you ever wondered what it was like to be in a dance bar bit sitting at a table and eating instead, this is it. Don't bring the kids. Hints to owners: fix the broken glass, sweep up all of the cigarette butts out front, and have someone working at all times that is old enough to run things.

Worst place EVER!!!!!!. I went here with my wife and kid. Worst service EVER! The server looked like he should be the dishwasher the bartender looked like he should be the cook and the cook looked like he should be the bartender. The bartender had the worst attitude ever i dont mind crap like this at a chinese restaurant but at a pub style type of restaurant service is everything. The server looked like friggin SKREECH from save by the bell served us so badly that i felt like flipping my table over. Also the food was so bad that i might as well have eaten a tv dinner. <br/>DO NOT FOR THE LOVE OF GOD GO HERE !!!

Ask for Rachel. When you go, ask for this server. She's fantastic at her job and holds a great conversation.<br/><br/>The Wings are great, and so are most of the other dishes I've had there. Not too high on the nachos, but they're passable.<br/><br/>All in all, a great experience, especially on Sundays or during a Canucks game.

Good food, good prices, nice atmosphere. Like the wings, nachos, and Fiji blonde ale. Had the calypso chicken burger there back in may 2010 and it was EXCELLENT. Have been rotating through their menu and haven't made it back to the calypso yet. I hope they havent changed it. I usually have nachos and beer which is always great. Been once for a Canucks game and it was busy but my server was good and took care of us. Only suggestion is bigger TVs please.

Terrible Service. Went in with our four year old and seven year old (web said for families of all ages, even has a kids menu). Restaurant was really busy due to the hockey game. Asked the hostess how long it would be, she said a few mins, which turned into 15, then 20, then 60. She SHOULD have said right from the start, "sorry we are full, it will be about an hour". Instead of having us wait so long. We would have been fine with that. Music was loud, which is OK, but the sound system they has was brutal.

Great flavour. Wings with a good variety of flavours and other great appetizers and courses as well. great sports bar and convenient location.

Went for lunch tuesday with a buddy.... let me tell you had the best service ever in my life my beer glass was full at all times by the server she came to the table always at the right time.......and was the only server bartender in the place.......for this we asked for her schedule so we can return time and time again to get the best service in vancouver by far....... you want customer satisfaction go see frenchy at wings ( sorry cant say her real name lol) <br/><br/>great wings good prices and the best service in vancouver..........

I have been to the other wings locations and the service and atmosphere was average. Definitely caters to a wide span of clientele. The new location in coquitlam must have opened for four, if not more, months. I was very hesitant to visit this location having read some reviews, but nevertheless decided to try it out. I must say, there must have been an improvement since the other reviews. I've been there about four times now and I can safely say that I would recommend this location! Unfortunately, I'm not a big wing eater..but their calamari brings me back. I go with my husband everytime and haven't had a problem. The staff is generally friendly and for the first time this week I spoke with their manager. I think I've seen him around everytime I've visited. Looks like he enjoys his job mingling with the customers and working with the staff. Nice to see workers have fun at work! I can't remember his name when he introduced himself, but he had really spikey hair! Keep up the good work!

With a name like wings you would think the wings would have top billing. My wife and I only get to date once every three months or so with us both working and 3 and 6 year olds, so on our last date we decided to head here for drinks and appies. <br/>I guess I should have know when we flipped open the menu and som one had vandilized it by writing that that the food was Not Good ! <br/><br/>We were dissapointed from the get go that a wing place did not have daily wing specials, but as our time was limmited we surged on . all I can say was the adam sandler movie later that day was my highlight !<br/><br/>Take a pass I would rather grab a bucket of KFC and a case of beer and sit at home. NEVER EVER going back.

Horrible. My burger came barely cooked. I took my first bite and the patty was very pink. The fries were disgusting; probably some of the worst fries I'v eaten. Soggy and saturated in salt, disgusting.<br/><br/>Service was average at best.<br/><br/>I wouldn't recommend visiting this location.

Food is good when you get it hot. Service is TERRIBLE. I've been there twice. The first time I had to ask our server for a glass of water three times before I got it and half my party of 5's food was just warm when it arrived. I don't know if that was a kitchen screw up with timing or because of our server though because our starter arrived about 2 minutes before our meals. The wings were good as well as the caesar salad. I agreed to go a second time because I realized we could have just got a bad server. Well, apparently there are lots of bad servers here. It was a slight improvement because I only had to ask for my water twice before I got it. At one point all four of the people at my table had empty drinks for about 10 minutes and she never came by. My boyfriend wanted another beer so he walked up to the bar to get one. Another female server brought him his beer and got everyone else at my table new drinks. She told us our server was in the washroom. Well they probably should have checked on her because she was MIA for about half an hour. Different servers brought us our food. Mine came at least 10 minutes before the other three people at my table. Oh and speaking of my food, I ordered nachos and was told they were out so I picked something else and about 5 minutes after my food arrived the table next to us received nachos. Hmmm. This place has a lot of potential but unfortunately is ruined by bad servers and poor customer service. I won't be going back.

I felt slightly strange that I didn't order chicken wings at Wings but I didn't feel like eating deep fried or bread coated meat so I ordered a chicken quesadilla instead.

Despite the busy area, the inside of this spacious Wings location was quite dead when we visited.  There are plenty of other restaurants along this corridor which might explain the lack of customers.

I went to Wings in Coquitlam for a friend's birthday dinner, and found the food and service quite mediocre. I understand it's difficult to be on top of everything when serving a large party (around 15 people), but there's no excuse for getting orders wrong, forgetting to refill the water and not smiling ! We were there on a Sunday, so there was a wings special for $0.39 each with a minimum purchase of one beverage per person. We ordered many pounds of wings with different flavours, but after a while they all started to taste the same partly because they were all thrown onto the same plate. The descriptions on the menu were misleading too, because the sweet Thai tasted just like Buffalo wings except it was a bit sweeter. (Or did I eat Buffalo wings that just happened to be covered in sweet sauce? Or maybe it was sweet Thai wings in Buffalo sauce? There's no way to tell...) I found all of the wings quite dry, even the ones with the "wet" label on the menu. Wet apparently just means that

I came to Wings with a bunch of SFU-ers to chill, hangout and of course eat! What was very ironic is that we did not order any wings. For a place called wings, you would think we would order wings. Since it was not a Sunday and they did not have any wing specials, we all ordered entrees. Don't get me wrong, the wings are good, but it's best to come here on Sunday for the specials. ShumBum ordered the Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla . It comes with a side of sour cream. The dish is nice and colorful using 2 types of tortilla wraps - tomato and herb. The inside of the quesadilla had a good amount of chicken and cheese. KoreanGirl had the Fiji Blond Beer-Battered Fish and Chips . It comes with fries, tartar sauce and coleslaw. It has a generous amount of fish. There was so much that she did not end up finishing it. Nicely battered on the outside with delicate meat on the inside. I ordered the Beef Dip . I chose the salad on the side instead of the fries since I know I didn't need the excess
