Review Pasta Polo - Coquitlam

Update: Family ordered for delivery and it was absolutely spot-on! Still recovering from food coma.. Dine-in: The Seafood Marinara was delicious! The seafood was incredibly fresh!! The marinara sauce was clean and flavorful! The pasta was cooked to perfection! Also, their complementary bread slayed me I can't wait to try other dishes in the future!

Good parking place This is traditional Italian cuisine of pasta polo. We visited 5 person for lunch. Order 5 dishes in lunch menu. Delicious & gòod price good serving. Check up driver license & QR code.

Excellent! Best Chicken Parmigiana and Seafood Marinara we ever had! Cleanest restaurant I have ever seen. Staff is super friendly. If you want to eat some good homemade pasta, go here! You can't even compare the freshness and quality to other restaurants. This is definitely the place to go.

Clean Washrooms and friendly staff. We ordered 2 different pasta and a green salad for 3 of us, took yet leftovers home! Big portions! The most important part though is the food itself: super tasty and delicious! All ingredients were fresh and so the pasta has this wonderful fresh taste which justifies the price! Overall I definitely recommend to give Pasta Polo a visit👌🏽

I usually don’t write reviews but this is a fantastic restaurant. Nice environment and friendly service. The food quality is decent for the price. We ordered pasta, cheese sticks and stone baked pizza and they surpassed our expectations. Recommended for Italian food lovers!

Nice restaurant very beautiful balcony but we will not be back. We ordered 4 dishes for the table of 3 diners, 3 dishes were not exciting - very simple dishes that can be prepared at home or obtained in a cheap restaurant. Not for that people to an Italian restaurant. One serving of mussels with butter and wine sauce, the sauce was as thin as water. We ordered a dish of cannelloni and it came in just one unit per plate with one shrimp for garnish, the cost would cost $ 18 for just one cannelloni. The bolognese dish was likable but not something special to return to. The only good dish we liked was the eggplant. The service was very slow, we ordered bread several times and waited over 10 minutes, the restaurant was with 2 dining tables so there is no reason to wait long for bread. The waitress was very nice this is the extra plus. We will not return. Was disappointing.

Our first time coming here and the staff served us with exemplary service. Food was great! I love how the pastas are freshly made from scratch and the sauces are so flavourful. Will definitely come back again! 5/5

The food was really amazing and taste. We had ordered Valentine special combo and each item on the combo was expectional tasty and yummy. I would have rated the restaurant 5 star but the waitress was very rude and blunt hence a 3 star

The servers were polite, very attentive and on point. The food was very good. The fresh pasta was excellent. The portion was very healthy. An excellent meal. Fully recommend it.

I went to Pasta Polo last night for the first time after hearing good reviews. It was my 3rd anniversary last night and I was excited for a romantic Italian dinner. When we arrived we decided to sit out on the patio. Bread was brought to our table right away by the hostess which was great - but we then sat for 20 minutes without even eye contact from another staff member. Two tables sat down AFTER us and received drinks and placed their food orders before we even got a "Hello" from our waitress. Finally we got someones attention and we ordered drinks and our meals. The meals came out and we were asked if we wanted fresh ground pepper and cheese. We said yes - but no one ever came back to do this. We waited for about 5 minutes while our food got cold, but no one ever came back so we started eating. The hostess came by a few minutes later and we asked for more bread. She said she would bring it out right away...but she didn't. We never got the bread or the fresh pepper or cheese. We then ordered our second drinks - rum and cokes. The drinks took 15 minutes to get to us. Finally at the end of this terrible service I decided to ask for the manager to make a complaint since this was the worst service I have ever experienced. Fred came over (who I assume is the owner) - I explained to him the issues we were having and he couldn't have cared less. He said they were busy inside and was very short and rude to me. I told him I was very disappointed since this was a special anniversary dinner and he just said there is nothing he can do. He did not apologize, comp anything, or even look me sincerely in the eyes. Another table out on the patio complained about the poor service as well. All I wanted was an apology or an effort to make our horrible experience here better - but the management did not care AT ALL about our feedback and terrible service.

Hosted a birthday party here and loved the privacy of the seperate room. Food was delicious! We were allowed to bring our own cake in and they even stored it for us. One of my guests had an issue which was immediately rectified. For the amount of food you get the prices were really good. Will definitely be going back!

The food started coming out to our group with the most delicious Caesar; dressing was divine. All of our pasta dishes (5 in total), chicken parm, pizza and flat breads were all so delish. A beautiful meal for the fantastic Caroline turning 40! Service was amazing for our whole group two very skilled and snappy servers!

It is always such a delight eating at Pasta Polo. Such a treat, without a miss. Real Italian food! Amazing owner. I am glad we have him in our community.

This is the best Italian restaurant in Greater Vancouver. The prices are just a little on the high side but the quality and service is fantastic. A few others commented on the decor. The restaurant has been remodelled Nice place

Friendly staff that make an effort to get to know you, hardly ever a wait and really good food. Only drawback is that the food is overpriced, but the drinks are cheap!

Had a 20 guest Birthday dinner on Saterday.The service was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. They treated us like we were famous lol ...definately will be going back!!!

I was fortunate enough to have dinner here last summer, while visiting friends. It was, without question, one of the BEST pasta meals I've ever eaten! The seafood in my pasta was SOOOOOO fresh - nothing better!

Food and price was great so was the service... I'm glad I stopped in for lunch the chicken parmigiana was outa this world.. I also noticed they have a hothouse in the back to grow their own herbs... No wonder the food tasted so so good...

I hosted a 40th birthday party for a friend last night and it was fabulous. The food was great and the private room was lovely. I will go back again! Thank you Fred, Sylvie and the staff for all of your help in making my friend's special birthday a wonderful memory!
