New management? If so, they are cheating on their products. Their steeped tea tasted gross half coffee, half tea, at first I thought it was a mistake, drove 10 mins back, waited another 10 mins because “the tea is being brewed”, tea came out looking all foamy and watered down. Visited here during a Sunday afternoon. Not busy at all but since it's in the middle of an industrial area, it's probably packed during peak hours. Even with the small traffic, the place was messy and unkept. Food was ok.

This location is not too bad, regular for Tim Hortons brand, but drive true on both sides of the driveway has a lot of garbage. A few times did tell the staff about this problem but did see any changes at all. Before this location was recycling buckets on drive true.
A great location for Tim Hortons beside a Wendys they both share the building with each its own drive through, a big parking lot with spots on each side for cars so you can park next to the restaurant you want to visit, seating areas inside are quite different for Wendys has tables and booths Tim Ho
